Overall, my experience with WidePoint has been positive. It’s a dependable tool for managing expenses and staying organized, though there is room for improvement in usability and interface design.

Pros

I like how it keeps billing, expenses, and usage all in one place. It makes tracking, reporting, and managing costs much easier and more organized.

Cons

The system can feel a little bit outdated at times, and some of the features could be more user-friendly.

WidePoint was slow like this it was solid Easy to use When gave full visibility Saved real money,and support with quick and was actually helpful.

In software get solid marks from users mostly 4-5 stars in customer reviews on sites like G2 software advice and trust radius around 710s there Wide point gets solid marks mostly 4-5 stars positive vibes all around from users on G2 software advice trust radius what people like most total control over telecom spend centralizes it all cuts costs fast.

Cons

Reviews G2 captera ETC the main gripes are pretty mild since most folks give it high marks least liked things like advanced analytics or extra modules cost more to unlock overall still Savings and support outweigh it.

Overall experience with WidePoint during the past 10+ years has been excellent for our Wireless TEM services. Great customer support from the helpdesk and management. Always provided great support for the Army Corps of Engineers and during national emergencies (flooding, hurricane, fire, border protection, tornado, etc.). While also providing excellent cellular cost savings and billing support. Supported approx. 23,000 devices for the Corps of Engineers.

Pros

WidePoint provided great technical support, billing support, cellular cost reductions, rate plan optimization, and customer helpdesk. Wireless TEM Services included Project Management, Contract Optimization, Inventory Management, Invoice/Billing/Audit services, Rate Plan Optimization, Reporting & Analysis, Dispute Recovery, Procurement services, Help Desk & Break Fix, Transition services, Life Cycle Management, Emergency services, and Online Portal.

Cons

N/A. Online portal software performed very well.

Reasons for choosing WidePoint

Gartner recommended, Wireless TEM (Telecommunications Expense Management) services, Billing & Audit support, Cellular Optimization plans, Customer support and Help Desk, and overall Value to the Corps of Engineers.
