It was easy to learn to use and the reports are very simple for the clients to understand. It has removed the "guess work" out of before and after rental periods. Cons It would be great if we could get a consolidated summary page of the notes made under each section that would for part of the submission to the clients for actioning. Review Source DD Darren D. January 23, 2018 5.0 First time review Pros The fact that it is very user friendly, our Clients like it as it looks very neat and breaks every aspect of the Inspection down into the necessary categories. It saves my Agents so much time doing an inspection and the voice dictions are very helpful with big properties where you can add so much details to the Inspections and once back at the office one can compete the Inspection in full detail. Cons Nothing at all we are very happy with the App and the service we receive from Support is amazing and are on the ball when assistance is needed from Agents and Head Office. The recording feature is great and the reports are very proffesional. Side by side comparisons are a standout feature. It was recomended to me by many in the property business. The organization of photos and notes helps me a lot. I like how little time it takes to send a complete inspection to the agent and tenant. I like the set up of spaces and area that are going to be assessed- it's easy to add and include new spaces areas because the app has suggestions. Cons It glitches and freezes. I would also like to find a way to add written notes quicker when posting a photo. It tKes long going from the recently captured photo to then add a note - yoh have to go back and forth. It would be nice if the caption button popped up as you have just taken a photo. It would be nice to be able to voice note on the app while there is no SIM card in the iPad - I can only voice note / transcribe when I am connected to a network. Review Source HC Helena C. January 29, 2018 5.0 Pros It is easy to use, the customer service and support is amazing, the functionality of the app is great. No more walking around with a clipboard and camera. Geotagging, date and time stamping ensures that tenant and landlord are happy and no one can dispute the authenticity of photos taken. Pros Easy to use Easy to navigate Comprehensive. For a rental agent continuesly on the go, it helps save time and at the same time very comprehensive. makes my life so much easier! Cons I like everything about it. If anything it should allow you to use photos taken in your iphoto library that havent been taken through the app. i.e if I have a historical front pic of a house that would be nice to use as my cover photo it would help.
