The mobile app functionality is also great for me to check up on reps close to hitting monthly/annual goals while not on my computer. Cons We have some unique billing practices that require manual with some of our contracts however over the past year things have dramatically improved. Have no idea how much we pay for Performio) Pros It's really the only software program for commission I've ever used. It's better than pencil and paper! Cons I wish it would list all of my accounts in alphabetical order. Or I could switch them by descending order. Or ways in which I can look at my commission differently. There is no rhyme or reason to how it is listed now and it's a very detailed, cumbersome list. Also header is always incorrect.
