Pros: An absolutely wonderful user experience, smart sales people, great customer success, professional implementation. I didn't feel like I was buying software, I felt like I was hiring a consultancy (in a good way). I wish more software tools gave this high a level of service and delivered this much value.

Cons: I wish that they could automate a few more of our recruiting functions--e.g. sourcing candidates. But I'm sure that's in the long term strategy.

Overall: Excellent experience. Anyone who works in talent recruitment must try this out.
