I also really like being able to paste .svg files into the board to be infinitely zoomable. I use it to paste google slides that are needed for reference. The voting session feature is also excellent for making decisions during a live workshop. **Cons:** Users find it difficult to navigate, particularly older folks. Sometimes during workshops, users move objects that are not meant to be moved and I have to re-arrange. I know there is an option to lock objects but then people can't edit/add text to the object. Stop doing that. **Pros:** Mural is awesome and mostly user friendly. **Cons:** They dev team constantly changes things. I train people in my org on how to use Mural, so I notice that things I have taught are now WRONG. Example: Changing canvas color used to be right-click from the canvas. Now it's in the drop down menu next to the drawing name. WHY? How did that change help users? Spoiler: It did not. Stop moving things around.
