Pros: Aptrinsic has drastically changed how we think of communicating with and developing for different customer segments.

Our top uses:

* Engagements

* Audience Explorer (great for sales teams!)

* Path Analyzer (great for sales, success, support and general employee onboarding)

Cons: Not much! The customer support/success is the best out there!

I've had to make our own documentation for our uses. I'd like to see better documentation of use cases and features, especially with the Gainsight acquisition.

Overall: We use Aptrinsic to solve:

* Growth and retention

* Hands-off onboarding (once a user successfully completes Aptrinsic engagements, community managers get in touch)

* Employee onboarding (helping our teammates to understand our userbase)

* Hypothesis testing with features
