Pros: They try to catch you with the low prices and «tier1 quality». But later you'll find that for most of numbers they are a simple reseller without no guarantees and they try to get money for everything, also for nothing!
Cons: If you want no guarantee, no quality, no support and money for nothing - you are welcome. If you don't want to loose your time and money - don't even try.
Overall: Except of numbers, channels, calls, they ask money for: channels for outgoing calls (yes, pay twice), channels for toll-free calls (pay twice!), port in and port out (loose the customer and pay!), number information requests (hundreds EUR per each!! even for the duplicate and old requests).
No support: their support answers «look to the website» in 90% of cases. Manager not answer at all, if «don't like» the question.
No guarantee: for the last 2 years the disconnected more than 1000 our numbers, just because «numbers in this country can't work any more, sorry». And this is not about small countries, most of disconnection in Europe and Asia (Germany, Spain, Italy, Korea etc.). We lost hundreds of customers because of voxbone
If you don't want to loose your customers, money, time, don't even thing about the voxbone.

Hi Dmitr, sorry you feel your experience with Voxbone has been a negative one.
As you know, we have been forced to disconnect your services in these countries because of a series of abuse cases involving unwanted or nuisance calls on your allocated numbers, which you were unable to help us satisfactorily resolve. We took every effort to rectify this matter without interrupting your service but had to escalate your case to our legal team because of continual misuse of our service.
With regards to our pricing, all terms and conditions are clearly indicated in the contract that you signed and any fees are clearly communicated ahead of time. Our pricing is structured to give resellers and enterprises maximum flexibility - so you only need to pay for what you use. And our high customer satisfaction scores across the board are testament to the quality, support and value that we offer.
