The attach a document feature is extremely helpful for me to record emails and any other related feedback to the actual task and / or project. Pros The user-friendly interface and GANT reporting capabilities, as well as the ability to change colours and edit everything to my own needs. Plus being able to attach documents is super helpful for keeping everything in one place. Cons There is real reporting function that allows me to easily provide feedback to my clients and management. The implementation needs investment from any client looking to purchase, but Proggio are very supportive in the set-up process. Pros The user-experience is great, the system is intuitive once you get the hang of it and I like the stack-ranking and 'what-if' scenario modelling. Cons The product cant currently allow you to roll up risks to a programme or portfolio level. We have found a manual work around to this, but it is clunky. Proggio are aware this is a missing feature and hopefully will be resolving in the near future. We attend scheduled weekly as well as additional regular ad-hoc meetings with our Customer Success Manager. We have customised the tool to meet our needs and the team are incredibly helpful and supportive to us. I consider our Customer Success Manager like one of my own team now, his support and positivity has been incredible and we all enjoy the fantastic results together!! Pros Implementing Proggio has been a massive success for us, we enjoy being able to share Portfolio information and smart looking reports and dashboards with our Senior Leadership. Cons Not being able to have a task list of items just assigned to me that I can clear out. By having the subtasks, the full task item stays in the To Do list, even if all of my subtasks have been completed.
