May 31, 2018 4.0 The software allowed me to create and organize my own soccer team and made it easier to communicate with team members. Pros The posibility to communicate with people in your group and also to communicate with people from other groups. The software is really easy to use and to understand so it is easy to plan and organize a team. It is also possible to customize the app for it to look just the way you want to which is great cause you can make the app look very professional. The software also allows last minute cancelations. Cons It is complicated to add a new member to the group and it has too many ads which makes the app slow sometimes. Review Source MR Michael R. Very prompt and helpful customer support. Using it for 3 separate Teams, and has been very easy for members of each team to access information. Pros The best features for me and the Teams I organize are the Team Chats (keeps all Team Info in one place), the Event / Calendar Feature (keeps Team up to date on schedules along with the map interface to give directions), and being able to upload documents for Team Members to view. The additional features Team App offers are all a plus to those basic needs I was looking for. Cons That I didn't find the app sooner. It would also be helpful to be able to see more than 50 events at a time when synchronizing the calendar to another software such as Google or Outlook. Would also love to have an easier method to see when Team Members have read info in the Team Chats. September 19, 2018 5.0 Pros I am an athletic trainer and I use this app to keep in contact with kids at my high school. It is a really great option to be able to communicate with a large number of kids without having to get everyone’s contact information. Also it keeps my cell phone number private. Cons Overall there is not much to complain about. There are advertisements however the App is free to use so this is something I am willing to deal with. " February 8, 2018 4.0 Pros Being able to connect with my kids team calendar and the coaches latest updates easily. The kids played for two different teams and the schedules were hard to keep up with when we had to log onto the school athletic site in the past. This put it all together in one easy app! Cons Functionality was sometimes iffy the first season I used it. Took a long time to load at first. Once it was set up, seeing the schedules for two different kids' teams was great. We are very happy with the experience Pros As a large league we have been finding it increasingly difficult to communicate effectively to our various stakeholders. Team App allows us direct our communications to the right people in our organisation and Member Clubs. We are encouraging our clubs to do the same. And most of it is free Cons Some limited functionality but Team App are continuously upgrading the service and is getting better all the time. The support team is fabulous, they respond right away and are very helpful. You have a great product! Pros I love that I can customize the software to make it work just for our team. Many team software packages have names hardcoded in such as Player, Game, etc but that does not make sense for a gymnastics team and causes confusion. Cons I would like the software to also send push notifications to text messages, the ability to "cheer" new items or chat messages, and the ability to post a spreadsheet to the Documents folder. Pros The reach of this software is fantastic. As a not-for-profit member based organisation we are able to send out instant notifications to our 9000+ member base or 280 clubs together with our judges, sub committees etc. Cons Wish we had heard of Team App sooner. Our platform is free, the ads pay for the development and maintenance costs. Pros The app is a great platform and looks professional. Many of the parents are already Team app members with other clubs . As an administrator it certainly makes my job of communicating with my teams very easy ! We purchased the banner ad option and now we advertise all our sponsors via the app. Cons It has taken me some time to get to understand the program.
