my overall experience has been positive. it's a simple effective tool for managing internal communication, also the interface is clean and easy to use, and it also save time when centralizing email and text communication

what I really liked about Notifii Connect is really easy and simple, this platform allows message to be sent quickly to individuals or group and it's Seo and keyword researchable

Cons

it can feel limited in customization sometime. for example, branding options are not as flexible as other platform, also it doesn't have advanced features like messaging and more

It's a great product that has proven useful to my company since our properties opened.

Pros

I like that you can send out mass notifications to all residents or a select group.

Cons

There is no function to contact incoming residents who are not in room unless you add them to the group preemptively ahead of their arrival.

Pros

It works as advertised. It really streamlines the communication process if that's what you need right now.

Cons

No huge cons. It just streamlines communication issues. The set isn't hard so that's a plus. Easy to use.

We can now log packages and message our residents all in the same app.

Pros

I love to message my future, current, and former residents with ease through the Chat/Texting page since I can see who has unsubscribed and has given me invalid phone numbers and addresses. I find it extremely useful to send mass texts with emails to over 400 residents simultaneously.

Cons

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.
