I also like how we can have different color coordinated slots to know exactly what we are doing at one time without having to click on the exact customer. Cons I would like to be able to make appointments that last a couple days instead of one day and time. I can quickly schedule appointments and edit to fit our customer demands. Sends our customers a text reminder which has resulted in a significant reduction of no shows and late arrivals. This keeps us on schedule and increases our profits.
