We have a lot less no call no show with appointments because of the text and automated phone call reminder

Pros

The text message and automated phone call reminders to customers of their appointments. I also like how we can have different color coordinated slots to know exactly what we are doing at one time without having to click on the exact customer.

Cons

I would like to be able to make appointments that last a couple days instead of one day and time. I would also like a feature that lets people that work at the business book themselfs out for vacation, doctors apt ect

This software makes doing my job so much easier. It is easy to use and quick to schedule appointments!

Pros

Easily adapts to the needs of our company. Has the capabilities of growing as our business needs change. I can quickly schedule appointments and edit to fit our customer demands. Sends our customers a text reminder which has resulted in a significant reduction of no shows and late arrivals. This keeps us on schedule and increases our profits.

I love that it sends customers text messages reminding them of their appointment time. It has reduced our no show rate to almost zero.

Pros

The automated email and text reminders are great! I can put as much or little information for the appointment as I desire. Offers custom appointment fields.

Cons

The text marketing doesn't store previously sent messages and does not allow for scheduled messages.
