Au quotidien, Datafari fait gagner un temps appréciable sur la recherche documentaire dans plusieurs sources de données (sites web, O365, Confluence, Jira)

Pros

La recherche par mot clé est très efficace.Il est possible de créer des requetes de boost

Cons

L'intégration avec O365 et confluence nécessite des droits élevés dans ces produits tiers. En effet les APIs de ces produits ne sont accessibles au niveau habilitations qu'avec des droits élevés.

Pros

Cette application m'aide énormément à faire mes recherches de logiciels.

The common IT problem in an organization is to leverage each ERP by exchanging data accross company's silos. It can be expensive and it is very difficult to achieve. A search engine plays the role of a kind of glue on top of all these specific domains by offering a tool to access data even if it is not structured. Installing the only opensource search engine currently available, was easy, thanks to FranceLabs' Datafari product, and it is a big advantage to rely on a technology that can be tuned or kept by our organization because it is opensource.

Pros

it is true opensource very easy to install full respect of ACLs capability to record searches and replay them to only be warned about changes : very useful !
