It's been a great experience. I have been using it for over a year and its' been instrumental in terminating employees for padding their time

Pros

The ability to track an employee monitor in real time and capture everything they were doing, and seeing all the non work relating things taking place

Cons

The set up was a bit confusing. I didn't fully understand the need for a stand alone hosting application or being able to set it up.

My overall experience with Kickidler has been outstanding. It is far more than just "spyware"; it is a genuine workforce analytics and productivity tool. Since implementing it, it has been much easier to correct workflow errors, balance task distribution, and securely manage remote employees. By using the software transparently, our team’s productivity and focus have skyrocketed, while time-wasting habits have naturally decreased. It is a stable, secure, and essential solution for any business looking to optimize its operations and safeguard its data.

Pros

The most impressive feature is the real-time visual monitoring combined with continuous screen video and audio recording. Unlike basic screenshot tools, this makes it nearly impossible for users to cheat the system and provides full context to employee actions. I also highly value the robust Data Leak Prevention (DLP) suite—which includes OCR, behavioral analytics, and file transfer blocking—as well as its strict GDPR compliance and seamless operation across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Cons

Because the system collects such a vast amount of data, some of the analytical reports can feel excessively detailed if you are only looking for a quick, high-level operational overview. Additionally, the software currently relies on full video recording rather than interval screenshots, though the developers have noted that a screenshot-only feature is planned for a future update.

Pros

The video recording and playback of user activity is incredibly valuable. If there is a dispute or a major mistake in a project, we can easily look back at the video logs to see exactly where the workflow broke down. It completely eliminates guesswork

Cons

The lack of a dedicated mobile application. It works perfectly on desktop operating systems, but it is difficult to monitor team activity or review productivity data on the go when you are away from your main computer.

Kickidler has been a great tool for improving visibility in our team. The time tracking is fully automatic, which means we no longer rely on manual inputs, and the reports are detailed and easy to customize. It really helps us understand where time is being spent and how to improve productivity. Overall, Kickidler makes team management much easier, giving us clear insights into productivity, attendance, and workload distribution. Definitely recommend it for businesses that need both monitoring and reporting in one solution.

Pros

Kickidler offers a strong feature set at a fair price point compared to others. It has a lot monitoring options/features and is very very advanced. You have in real time all you need to monitor big or small teams. Another strong point is the fast responsive and skilled support. The staff is quick to help with installation or troubleshooting.

Cons

From the moment I used it till now everything seems fine. The interface is good and useful. Also there are a lot of features that I don't use, but trust me there you can find whatever you want from a software.

We use Kickidler to monitor PC usage across our coal lab, and it has significantly improved oversight and productivity. The real-time monitoring, user activity logs, and reporting tools are especially useful for tracking lab workflows and ensuring compliance. It's easy to set up, runs smoothly in the background, and gives our IT team full control without being intrusive. An excellent tool for maintaining accountability and optimizing performance in a technical lab environment.

Cons

The time when Microsoft defender started acting up, it was frustrating having to setup everything again. but all good now.

Its easy to install , no complex setup. Even its also affordable and value for money tool. Its a great tool for monitoring employees in real time. Its best for remote workers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Pros

The best feature i like most about kickidler is to stream screens from multiple users together with a neat & clean tab-based view.It helps me in real-time activity tracking of my employees.

Cons

Everything is really great,only one small issue the monitoring agent(Grabber) always fails to starts mainly triggred by antivirus.

Overall its a best tool for monitoring employees.its great to monitor productivity of employees. Its real time grid view monitoring view feature also helps alot.

Pros

What i like most about kickidler is that it introduces transparency among the employees and Managers. Real time screen monitoring and recording systems are really great. It captures every activity done by user like mouse movements etc.

Cons

Only limitation is that it has limited support for macOS and Linux. Some features like stealth mode done not supported in Non-Window platform.

Sometimes uptime is high but probably it is because of our server. We are on support line now. Support is very good and quite operative by the way.
