DealHub has been an outstanding CPQ platform for our organization. I was involved in selecting, purchasing, implementing and customizing the solution and my experience has been truly 5-star. The platform is flexible and powerful making it easy for our sales teams to adopt and use effectively. DealHub team provided exceptional support throughout the implementation process and their responsiveness and commitment to our success have continued post-launch, helping us maximize value from the platform. DealHub has significantly streamlined our quoting process and improved efficiency across the board. It is a highly capable product, supported by a team that consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend DealHub to any organization looking for a reliable, scalable and user friendly CPQ Platform.

Pros

The product is highly flexible and powerful enough to handle our complex pricing and configuration requirements.

Cons

Approval Dashboards (for an approver), though team has made significant progress in this front.

I am very happy with the support from Dealhub, as well as the cooperation with our Customer Success manager. They are always on top of every question and challenges we've had so far in our CPQ journey. And the way everyone has the same solution oriented approach is highly appreciated.

Pros

I like how easy it is to do updates and changes to the playbooks and how customizable it is without being too difficult for an admin w/o any coding experience. Working with SaaS in the Maritime industry has a bit of a challenging setup at times, and Dealhub CPQ has made it much easier for our sales reps to work with their opportunities and quoting of the more standard agreements. The way we can select and connect field sync between our CRM and CPQ makes for better data accuracy and quicker opportunity form input when working with a lot of item lines and vessels (assets).

Cons

It's not possible to re-open rejected quotes and end users are not liking that. It would look "cleaner" with less quotes per opportunity if we had this option. Also, it would be nice to be able to delete quotes instead of having to archive them. Some quotes are made with mistakes and thus no need to keep them in an archive. Some of the formulas for presentation rules seems a bit incosistent and it would be nice to see some kind of tooltip when it fails. As an example, why will the same formula structure behave differently on two separate elements inside an output document when the elements are of same type and structure.

My experience has been incredible. Both the teams within Dealhub, as well as the product itself are absolutely incredible. Top of the line in this space. I would absolutely dread having to work with another vendor. We lean on this partnership quite a lot for our revenue and sales operations and Dealhub has never let us down.

Pros

The ability to implement complex scalable solutions quickly without having to write code.

Cons

Performance. Time it takes up load quotes, submit for approval, sync between systems, etc. This is the number one concern I hear from users.

One of the best tool to crate forms for business. Very intuitive and easy to collect and manage data with other tools.

Pros

Very easy to use and highly customizable, you can connect with a variety of tools such as paypal, drive or hubspot. And it can have affordable pricing.

Cons

If you only use the free plan it can be very limited in alot of features. As for technical support, it was not so fast.

DealHub lets you get as complicated as you need all while maintaining an easy to use framework. The company is also ultra-responsive. Support tickets are answered faster than any other vendor I've worked with.

Cons

There are limited formula options. Thus, some rules require nested logic to achieve. Documentation and training are not extensive, but again - the support team is great.

Overall, we have appreciated this product and its teams behind it. We have a wonderful CSM and the support team is very helpful when needed. However, the biggest win is being able to work with a system that is a less complicated and pricey version for CPQ.

Pros

Very configurable to specific needs. We are a use case that is a bit outside of traditional subscriptions and have been able to use this product for our use case.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at first and the syntax was something to get used to. Since that learning curve, we are able to mostly administer it ourselves with the occasional tickets for clarification. There have been a few slight instances where at the end of the month we have experienced service issues on Dealhub's end.
