Once uploaded, access is guaranteed to all users very easily and conveniently. The possibility of customizing more personalized solutions for potential customers. The pricing isn’t bad either. Storage space is good as well. Pros Our church photography and production teams both use this weekly. I like that media is stored easily and accessible to everyone in the cloud. Photographers can snap their shots, and then we can pull photos , add graphics, implement into their software to create slides or whatever is needed Cons I dislike that it doesn’t always allow us to create folders inside folders to better categorize things. Not a good platform for established legitimate businesses that need CRM solutions, there is nobody on their end to truly help with anything. Cons Horrific customer service, no solutions to IT issues, no sales reps or account managers at the company .. the packages are confusing for buyers & they don’t seem like a legit company, even when you look them up. Very easy to create and modify web site and galleries. Love mini-session, worked great for my mini-session. Support is awful, though. Pros Excellent interface. Web site and galleries easy to create and modify. Cons My business card was not accepted. Checked with bank, everthing was OK, should have worked. Used it elsewhere, refused by Lightfolio. Contacted them, finally got a response, was "it should have worked, must be the bank". No help. When asking for support on the chat, if I ever get a response, it's at least half an hour. Most of the time I get no response. Sent many email messages, never got a response. Support is terrible. Pros When my brother got married, I heard about this site from a photographer who said that I will share wedding photographs using this site. The reason is the resolution of images will not burst. I have explored this site and realized it is a great service provided by service providers. Cons The only cons of this site are its prices, when you have a free account your storage limit is too low to store your data. I wanted to make it more professional so I paid $14 for a website and nothing happened. They took the money and doesn’t upgrade my plan. I already sent emails and messages but nobody answered. Lightfolio is scam! Even the chat or the help section doesn’t work! I spent so many hours editing my website and I wanted to make it work better, but no! They are cheaters! Plus we ended up paying way less than what I had in mind because it caters to what he is, an upcoming photographer that's just starting out. 100% recommend it. Pros First of all that is free for starting photographers is just amazing. I was helping my brother out (he's a beginner photographer) finding a software that would help him not only have an online presence but also that would serve as a portfolio. Lightfolio did that and much more, allowing him to publish his own logo, while also providing him with a very simple way to sell his pictures. Cons Being a free try out forever software there wasn't much to dislike. For just 5$ the commission fee went down to only 5%, which is great. I would love more thumbnails options.
