I wanted to make it more professional so I paid $14 for a website and nothing happened. They took the money and doesn’t upgrade my plan. I already sent emails and messages but nobody answered. Lightfolio is scam! Even the chat or the help section doesn’t work! I spent so many hours editing my website and I wanted to make it work better, but no! They are cheaters! Not a good platform for established legitimate businesses that need CRM solutions, there is nobody on their end to truly help with anything. Pros It stores photos for clients to download, very standard like every other gallery software. Cons Horrific customer service, no solutions to IT issues, no sales reps or account managers at the company .. the packages are confusing for buyers & they don’t seem like a legit company, even when you look them up. I had billing discrepancies and when I inquired they shut my account down and told me after the fact, instead of discussing solutions or offering any customer service whatsoever. They are also unverified with google which raises major red flags as google only verified legitimate businesses. Support is horrible. Very easy to create and modify web site and galleries. Love mini-session, worked great for my mini-session. Support is awful, though. Pros Excellent interface. Web site and galleries easy to create and modify. Cons My business card was not accepted. Checked with bank, everthing was OK, should have worked. Used it elsewhere, refused by Lightfolio. Contacted them, finally got a response, was "it should have worked, must be the bank". No help. When asking for support on the chat, if I ever get a response, it's at least half an hour. Most of the time I get no response. Sent many email messages, never got a response. Support is terrible.
