She was so helpful on educating me on the new system! I honestly can't say enough great things about her! **Cons:** Meevo seems like a very advanced system then what I am used to. Booking and managing a client is easy. The reports are very thorough. Their customer support is out of this world helpful and friendly. **Pros:** The interface is very easy once you get a feel for how Meevo is set up. Their customer support is amazing. I call in at least once a week to get their help and they are always friendly and so helpful. Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo. **Cons:** The initial set up was very frustrating. It took way too long to set up and get going and the different departments seem to not talk to one another. They also did not seem to want to give you the time needed for adjustment between what you were using for business and where Meevo was taking you. It was a very unpleasant transformation. It felt like we were getting the run-around and all they wanted was our money.
