"Meevo review"

**Overall:** The program is amazing now that it is set up. Booking and managing a client is easy. The reports are very thorough. Their customer support is out of this world helpful and friendly.

**Pros:** The interface is very easy once you get a feel for how Meevo is set up. Their customer support is amazing. I call in at least once a week to get their help and they are always friendly and so helpful. Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo.

**Cons:** The initial set up was very frustrating. It took way too long to set up and get going and the different departments seem to not talk to one another. They also did not seem to want to give you the time needed for adjustment between what you were using for business and where Meevo was taking you. It was a very unpleasant transformation. It felt like we were getting the run-around and all they wanted was our money. However, now that we are through the setup process, we love the Meevo experience.

"Meevo Spoils our Spa Team"

**Overall:** One of our 7 resorts has used three Spa Solutions. Meevo has improved workflow, enhanced the guest experience, and continues to work with us to develop enhancements and interfaces. We truly value the relationship.

**Pros:** While we strive to deliver a WOW factor for every guest encounter, Meevo has delivered the ability to spoil spa staff with its ease of use and demonstrated functionality that enhances the customer's spa experience while delighting spa staff!

**Cons:** The proprietary wireless EMV card readers would not stay connected and held up the payment processing affecting the overall guest experience.
