### "Meevo 2 was an easy switch"

A benefit we are seeing is having the daily service totals and monthly product sales easily available to us pushes us to make more sales and surpass goals that are calculated for us.

Pros

The software is much more to the point than others. Having it available through web browser instead of strictly computer has really helped us while booking clients outside of the salon. Also, everyone having their own profiles and goal centers really pushes our stylists to sell and bring in clients more frequently.

Cons

I do some times have a hard time with inventory counts. Some times I need to deduct a product here or there for personal use, and it can get confusing just taking one product out of the inventory count.

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is an amazing leader, the fact that we have access to him via Facebook chat groups and he is usually one of the first people to respond to any challenges valid or not is unbelievable and something we don't take for granted.

Cons

The only cons I can think of are on my end and that's not understanding to be able to use it to its full advantages

Its been good. No complaints. I just wish I had more time to learn how to do more things. The Customer Service is excellent and is always patient and kind in helping in any way they can. I really appreciate that they aren't in a hurry to get me thru the trouble shooting.

Pros

I like that it has multiple ways to use it. I don't have to track information on several different systems.

Cons

I wish our Woodhouse HQ would load all the information needed on a corporate level so I don't have to do so much inputting manually.

I didn't have a choice. Home Office made the choice for me.

Cons

I have trouble finding the reports I am looking for. The search bar is only accessible if you already know the report you need. I wish I could type in what I am looking for and choose from the options to find the best report.

Pros

I am a fan of the technical support staff as well as the following function: Payroll Data Business Settings and the marketing

Cons

The system can be a bit choppy, and you have to save your data way too often. Regarding inventory, the counts should update each time you change a count and not at midnight

Reason for choosing Meevo

Cost and Meeveo was way more user friendly!

Looking up client by phone number, client profiles. POS reporting.Techs viewing schedules online.

Cons

That transactions cannot me edited when rung up in error such as gift cards, packages, past transactions. The admin should be able to modify these transactions to reflect client profile properly .inteli merge too complicated.

You were able to access >Management>Security Administration>Step 1 Add all>Step 2 Select a role then add role> Once the changes are made> Save. We then were able to access Meevo>Management> Security Roles>Select A role> Copy> Update the display name>save> Then assign that role to the required employees. You then accessed Meevo>Business Settings>IP Restrictions>Edit> update offsite access>save.

We used before the new update. Not sure what it’s like now, but a lot of our clients were not getting appointment reminders.

We are able to communicate with our guests in an expedient way, provide them fast service and maintain historical data. This helps us with predictability for business sustainability. Very robust platform but not complicated.

Pros

Ease of use and embedded training within the software including the walk thru capability. This POS software not only manages all segments of our guest transactions and inventory but also supports our business growth with reporting tools and metrics. Also allows our staff to view the information they need for success, inside and outside the business location. Security is great, reports are clear and valid, the customer support is 5 star! Follow up is superior. All key areas are covered such as Inventory, appointments and scheduling, reporting, confirmations, 2 way texting, egift, marketing, integrated credit card processing and all the bells and whistles of automation with automated digital intake forms, check in kiosk, etc. They also listen and engage their customers for growth and evolution of the platform.

Cons

The marketing filters are not as robust But this has improved 100% with every update!

Ultimately we chose because of the vendor relationship and our switch was risk-free.

For the most part, it is user friendly and I love how colorful it is.

Cons

There are a lot of bugs that needs to be fixed. At one point, all our scanned documents were lost. freezes a lot, sometimes, it does not understand our transactions. Problems every once in a while with Textel.

It's overall been good. Still learning . There is so much to learn as an owner and getting it all in is the problem. I need to do one of the workshops.

Pros

The ease of use and the functionality I love . I feel that it is quicker to navigate through when cashing out appointments. Going back and forth checking on history and so forth.

Cons

The packages are a bit confusing to me but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] did a fabulous job being patient and explained them well. It's just different from what I'm used to. I don't necessarily love the way that they are done as it's more like a membership when I'm running a Special for Mother's Day for example. I finally understand it. I would like to give my clients something to walk away with if they purchase a package so my work around was to put in a gift card number. That was my way around it and I did ok doing it that way. Like I said a bit confusing but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and I worked it out. I love that everything is tabs and you're not doing a lot of other steps to get where you need to go. Still very new to me but there are so many things that I like about it that this offsets.

Overall has been one of the better products Ive used when it comes to salon booking software. I also love their CSRs. Wait time for help can sometimes be super long.

Pros

Bold colors make it easy to see and use. Works well with employees goal setting.

Cons

Unable to edit some things that many times need to be edited. Not great for salons that have independent stylists and employees.

I've used Meevo2 in my salon for years and couldn't be happier with it! I’m a huge fan of the reports, goal setting, easy to use interface, accessibility on different devices, unlimited support, waitlist, online booking, and automated confirmations.

Cons

Onboarding and set up with time-consuming. However, I'm thankful for the personal support from the onboarding team and the customization I was able to create.

The ability to have hundreds of options for appointments and have data along with each of them gets tricky. 2 keeps all of these appointments in line!

Cons

It has experienced glitches before. While these glitches are minuscule sometimes these glitches are affecting payment types!

My overall experience has been great!

Pros

I live what it does for my business. Tracking information is so important when it comes to making business decisions and the reports module is extremely valuable. Being able to see what my employees are doing in Meevo2 helps me fix mistakes and catch thieves; I've worked with Meevo2 staff a few times in relation to employee theft. I am extremely pleased that customer service is so easy access.

Cons

I don't like using the "White Board;" if I have an issue I should be able to have customer service take note of it... it's kind of a deterrent to do anything else. Marketing was a disappointment and I really don't like how they do business. Somehow my business ended up with 2 accounts unintentionally and they wouldn't let us out of the contract (we only have 1 location). Thankfully Meevo2 (the powers that be) was able to intervene and fix the problem for us. I wish the payroll reporting would include employee taxes and such; then it would be a complete payroll function.

So far we love the textel integration (already had a separate textel account); the waiting list feature will be invaluable; the marketing platform Emma is easy to use and has great reporting; love the convo bar and ability to switch between features and functions easily...much more we can't wait to dive into!

Pros

After using millennium for over 20 years, we are thrilled to implement 2. We are just starting to use as our reservation, point of sale and management system. The implementation and training team went above and beyond in helping us transition our data and setup the system. Our management, guest service and service professionals already love the software and we just started using it!

Cons

No cons at this point; only challenge was the inability to import history, formulas and on account from temporary software
