### "LinkedIn Jobs review"

March 13, 2026

5.0

I really do like the overall experience of using LinkedIn. It is really easy to find work and look for people looking for work.

Pros

The Pros of LinkedIn Jobs I think is that a lot of people showcase that they are looking so it's easy to use and find people.

Cons

The Cons about LinkedIn is that there also seems to be a lot of spam. I guess that's the only way I can describe it.

### "HR Director"

January 30, 2026

4.0

Overall it was a great experience. I like the interaction that I can get with candidates and with organizations. I like to see where my candidates stand in comparison to the pool.

Pros

I do like the amount of candidates that you can reach with this platform and I personally appreciate the options for the candidates on the employer side and the candidate side.

Cons

That it didn't link to our company page. As a person in HR it is hard when our employees are posting on their own without some protection to the organization.

### "Give some to get some"

November 17, 2025

5.0

Overall 4.5/5 There are way worse and you have the brand recognition going for you so offer more services for less... it's about giving back. Giving starts the process of receiving .

Pros

Value for Money - free would be better, don't like how you advertise free for a month - take cc then charge Customer Support - No exp Ease of Use - 4/5, finding what I want within in my profile I find a challenge Employee Management - NA Features - 5/5 Recruitment Process - NA - used in the past - Very Good Profile Management - Very good

Cons

The cost, and inability to dive deeper on freemium. It would be better to open more services on that model than requiring payment.

### "LinkedIn - thank you"

December 27, 2025

Overall I am very happy with LinkedIn and feel it is a incredible resource for networking and keeping in touch with old coworkers.

Pros

Hi, I know that Linked In is always there if I ever lose my job or am actively looking for a new job. Being connected it important.

Cons

I don't like how the user can see who is looking at their profile. Sometimes you want to look at profiles in private.

I use it as a go to whenever I'm interested in changing my current situation whether passively or actively

Pros

It's relatively easy to perform a filtered search and then after checking out on job it will recommend similar jobs

Cons

I can't to an "or" search for multiple terms. Or at least I don't know how to do it. And it's not always obvious which location type you are searching for.

### "My fantastic experience with the largest Professional Social Network."

February 27, 2025

5.0

I have excellent experience with LinkedIn. I've even managed to get several jobs through him and I can only be grateful for that. It was a fantastic experience I would say.

Pros

Excellent app/website for looking for job opportunities whether in-person, hybrid or home office. Being an important professional and intuitive Social Network with a lot of information.

Cons

The downside would be the issue of having greater visibility only in the premium plans, but I know that the platform needs to have an income on top of all this to maintain its proper functioning.

### "LinkedIn Jobs helped me find the perfect job!"

March 10, 2025

LinkedIn Jobs is overall great! It provided the resource for me to find my full-time job that I would not have been able to find otherwise. I think it is a great platform for perspective employees.

Pros

LinkedIn Jobs has been incredibly helpful in providing the support to find adequate positions for my experience and skills.

Cons

I wish there was more insights on other applicants or the statistics relating to it. I also wish there was more ways to filter jobs similar to what you have already applied for.

My overall experience has been amazing because it is a very good social networking platform that allows us to share our work experience and develop our personal network.

Pros

I have used it for my personal use such as applying for jobs. It is very efficient for finding the right job or internship.

Cons

It is a public platform, and anyone can view your profile and contact information. So, be sure about what you are adding on your LinkedIn profile.

### ""The Impact of LinkedIn Jobs' Multiple Employer Profiles on Recruitment and Branding""

June 17, 2024

5.0

Overall, the experience of using LinkedIn Jobs is generally positive. It provides access to a vast pool of professionals and offers targeted job postings. The platform's detailed candidate profiles make it easier to assess qualifications, and its networking features allow for engagement with potential candidates. While there are some drawbacks such as cost and competition, LinkedIn Jobs remains a valuable tool for recruiting top talent.

Pros

LinkedIn Jobs is a powerful platform for recruiting top talent. It offers access to a vast network of professionals, including passive candidates. With detailed candidate profiles, recruiters can assess qualifications effectively. The platform also fosters engagement and networking, allowing recruiters to build relationships for future hiring. Additionally, LinkedIn promotes employer brands and provides insights through analytics for data-driven recruitment strategies.

Cons

Cost can be prohibitive, especially for small businesses. Competition for talent is fierce, and reaching candidates in certain industries or regions may be challenging. Some profiles are incomplete or outdated, complicating candidate assessment. Over-reliance on technology may overlook qualified candidates not active online. Privacy concerns exist regarding unintentional disclosure of sensitive hiring information.

### "A Phenomenal Opportunity to Rapidly Increase Your Network"

August 9, 2019

5.0

Overall, as previously discussed, LinkedIn is an extremely useful tool that is truly necessary for any individual who cares about his or her professional life. LinkedIn allowed me to acquire extensive internship experience over the past few years, as it has helped me connect with very high-ranked individuals in some of the largest firms of my hometown. Being able to learn about a company´s opportunities, culture, and members, all in one platform is a truly irreplaceable feature that no other software offers. For this reason, I personally do not see any other application or tool that matches what netflix offers- it isn´t a simple website which allows you to see job postings. Instead, it is a platform that helps you make the right connections to truly have an advantage when trying to move forward with a professional decision in your career. As a result, LinkedIn is a one-stop-shop for any help, and development that you wish to pursue or look for.

Pros

LinkedIn Jobs is a powerfully functional platform that allows you to construct a network of professional individuals in order to truly take your net of connections to the next level. The most impressive aspect of this software is certainly the precision with which one can find exactly what they are looking for. Whether an employer, or an individual trying to be employed, one can gather an incredible list of potential candidates with simple searches through filters such as what university they attended, what specific set of skills they possess, where they previously worked, or where they are currently working. In other words, you do not necessarily need a name to find who/what you are looking for. Instead, LinkedIn allows you to run this search in an inverse fashion: You do not have a name, and you aren´t looking for any individual or company in particular, but you know what skills, background, and experience you wish to connect with- LinkedIn will take care of the rest- and this is what differentiates the LinkedIn platform from Google, or other search engines where you can not look by "filter" and in order to get relevant results you need a name or other specific information: you can´t be presented with a multitude of results that are a good fit for you based on a specific set of categories or criteria.

Cons

LinkedIn is a fairly complete software. Overall, it is fantastic. However, one aspect of it that I think could be improved upon, is the quality and overall frequency of e-mails that are sent to a user´s inbox. Individuals are not always looking to expand their professional network. In some cases, even when I indicate that I am currently not looking for jobs, I still seem to get emails suggesting jobs or opportunities for me, based on my profile. In many cases, I get reports of posts made by individuals in my network, and this is normally not something I am interested in. In other words, I think the exposure to material from LinkedIn should be autonomous and up to the individual user. While this does not bother me much, it is something that I have heard other co workers complain about- the notifications often times feel too "forced". Whether it´s an email or an in-app notification, a lot of times they are not directly helpful to the user, and therefore they would prefer not to see them.

### "LinkedIn makes job searching so easy"

November 18, 2021

4.0

LinkedIn helps me apply for jobs and keep my résumé online so that way if I ever need to work I can simply go onto LinkedIn and find a position that seems to be a match apply and wait on the company’s response it’s pretty easy!

Pros

LinkedIn makes job searching so easy, i’m able to apply for work right through the website I can upload my résumé and add any previous jobs or certifications that I may have right through the website and it adds it to my applications for me! LinkedIn also allows me to communicate with other employers that may have any types of questions!

Cons

There’s not really much that I don’t like about linked in however if you are new to LinkedIn and are not familiar with the program it can be a little bit difficult to navigate through the site and figure everything out!

### "World's Leading Professional Network"

December 22, 2021

4.0

This software is more than just functionalities and features, it is way of branding your professional self or a company to build its repute as well as it is curated to connect organizations and people in the professional world. It is more like a platform to build your success, whether it is a company looking for talent or a person looking to grow or succeed in his or her career.

Pros

The best thing is how vast this platform is and when combined with its powerful search or hunting mechanisms, whether people looking for jobs or companies looking for people, it helps find the best options for both entities through various features.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about this platform, however, there is always opportunity to improve and I would love to see it grow and get better.

### "LinkedIn Jobs"

January 20, 2022

3.0

Overall, this medium cannot be used as the only source for job applications. As it does not maintain up to date database of jobs and is late as compared to other portals. However it is essential to filter job search and check companies with their job areas to offer.

Pros

I like the various filters LinkedIn has to offer. I can select jobs filtering out according to the job categories, areas, skills, companies, location, and salary range. I definitely think it has more to offer.

Cons

The least feature or thing I like would be the job recommendations as per the profile match. It does not take education (present or current education) into consideration for job recommendations. It only considers the full-time job criteria. However, this would be an improvement and not a feature flaw.

### "The Most Reliable Jobs Website"

January 23, 2022

5.0

I believe that Linkedin is the most reliable and trustworthy website for offering and applying for jobs. It is an excellent method of selecting talented employees.

Pros

It is the first website for me to search for reliable jobs. There are three features that I like most. First, all the announced jobs are from major companies and institutions with high reliability, and you can easily browse the advertisement publisher’s page and check the company and its field of work and people’s opinions about it. Secondly, the advertised jobs contain a very complete and sufficient description of the job requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities. Automatically, the website, based on my personal page, nominates the best suitable jobs for me. I can also know the number of applicants and my ranking among them. Third, I can communicate with the recruitment officials who publish advertisements quite easily, sharing my CV with them, unlike other websites that are not even able to know the recruitment and you can't communicate with him directly.

Cons

In my perspective, there is only one disadvantage. It's the fact that certain job adverts need you to go to the company's main website, establish a new account, and then apply for the position from the main site. I believe that allowing direct submission via Linkedin is the best option.

### "Linkedin Jobs review"

June 18, 2022

5.0

It has been great working with LinkedIn. IT helped us to attract active talent from LinkedIn and find talent effectively and easily. IT helped us to find candidates in the Civil domain that no other job board could. Overall i will rate this system a 10.

Pros

The product is phenomenal. It is best for active recruitment in commercial space. The AI of the system is top of the chain and finds the best matches from LinkedIn. The applicant database is the biggest and the UI/UX is the cherry on the cake.

Cons

The prising. They do not negotiate a penny.

Reason for choosing LinkedIn Jobs

Largest database and ease of reaching out to talent + No geographical boundaries.

I have overall Fifteen months of experience and compare with job portal like Dice/monster, Linked in is the most useful job portal ever.

Pros

I like Job positing. Once we post the job we will get resumes frequently.

Cons

Once we reached the view count we cant source candidates. That is the least liked part in this software.
