We also use heatmaps and screen recordings which are overall good quality. Pros It's part of our membership Zoho one so it's a great added "free" tool. Setting up was dead easy and once it was done, you just have to use the Pagesense interface which is very clear. Cons The surveys are not always looking 100% right designwise, lacks a bit of flexibility but it's compensated by the easyness. Pros Before using Zoho PageSense I relied on tools like Google Analytics to understand how many people visited my website. Problem is: it's not very telling if X amount of people visited this and that page. With Zoho PageSense I can \*feel\* and understand where people click, how far they scroll, where they get lost and more. It's a much more intuitive and understanding way to grasp how your website is being perceived by your visitors. Cons Honestly, there is not much to dislike. Maybe some competitors like Hotjar may have this or that additional feature, but for me it pretty much checks all the boxes.
