It’s a fast, straightforward platform that makes daily tasks easy to manage, with a clear organizational chart and efficient tools that truly feel worth the monthly cost. It also stands out for its responsive customer support, quickly resolving issues when they come up. While it could improve by offering more customization and reducing dependency on managers for certain changes, it remains a reliable and effective solution for HR management. **Pros:** I’ve been using Rippling at work, and I’ve had a really great experience with it. What I like the most is how fast and straightforward the platform is. You don’t have to waste time navigating complicated menus—everything is well organized and easy to use from the start. I also really appreciate the clear organizational chart, which makes it simple to understand the team structure and quickly find anyone in the company. On top of that, it truly feels like it’s worth every dollar paid each month. Our HR team also uses it to manage and assign our salaries, which makes everything more transparent and organized. Another big plus is their customer support. Whenever we’ve had issues with the platform, they’ve responded quickly and worked efficiently on bugs or errors. For example, they once resolved a login issue in less than 2 hours, which really shows how responsive and reliable they are. Overall, it’s a very efficient tool that makes day-to-day HR management much easier. **Cons:** That said, one area for improvement would be customization.
