I have had a good experience with Rippling. It has simplified and streamlined the HR and payroll activities. It used to take time to maintain employs and remuneration procedures, but currently it is all automated and streamlined using Rippling. The site aids in enhancing the productivity and minimizes human errors. It is particularly applicable when expanding businesses which would like to have everything under one roof. Some minor issues are overshadowed by much more positive aspects, and it is a sound way of HR and employee management.

Pros

Rippling is an extremely potent and convenient platform to manage staff, payroll and HR functions under a single platform. The most attractive is that it has an all-in-one system in which the HR, IT, and payroll are all linked to each other. This saves a lot of man work and time in the process. The ease of use is excellent. The dashboard is user friendly and requires minimal training even by new users. The employee management can be used to manage employee details, attendance, and performance easily. The system of pay is quick and correct. It also automatically calculates taxes, salaries and deductions which minimizes the mistakes. The other good thing is personalization. I'm able to configure workflows, approvals and work reports depending on the company requirements. The customer care is also responsive and attentive. They make decisions fast and steer in the right direction where necessary. All in all it is highly cost effective since it integrates several tools on one platform.

Cons

The only bad thing about it is that the platform is sometimes confusing at the start due to numerous features. The time dedicated by new users might be necessary to discover it all. In some cases there are minor bugs or slowness in loading particularly with huge data. Besides certain advanced options are costly which might not be favorable to small enterprises that have a low budget. Detailed tutorials or guides should be provided to the beginners to have quicker knowledge of the platform.

In general i think that my expirience is pretty good there is more positive aspects for sure and i absolutly recommed the app

Pros

It is pretty easy to use the app, and also give you a lot of tools to track your time and activities, if there is some problems you can call and the customer support its pretty efficient. It is an exccelent tool to track your team on their activities, the managment is easier this way. Also makes the payroll more objective since is all tracked on the app and specify the activities you are doing day by day.

Cons

Maybe that the tracker is not that easy to use when we have to separate the activities on the day or at least for me is not like practical enough.

A complete waste of time. Going back and forth via email and multiple meetings only to be backdoor with an unacceptable pricing structure.

Nothing. There was not a single aspect of this nearly month-long process that stood out as a positive experience whatsoever.

Cons

I explored Rippling as a potential payroll and HR solution for my small business. What followed was nearly a month-long process filled with consistent emails and multiple meetings, all building toward what I hoped would be a viable solution. After investing that significant amount of time, I was blindsided by a quote that came in well over $400 per month. This was never communicated upfront, and that lack of transparency is a serious problem. Had Rippling been upfront about their pricing from the start, I could have made an informed decision without going through a weeks-long evaluation process only to find out the cost was never going to be viable for my business. I would strongly caution other small business owners to push hard for transparent pricing before investing any time in their sales process. What should have been a straightforward evaluation turned into a frustrating and deeply unnecessary experience.

Rippling is a platform with strong potential and a compelling product vision, supported by good integrations and a capable sales organisation. However, ongoing stability issues, slow resolution times for complex problems, and limited visibility into product changes make day-to-day operations more difficult than they should be. With improved platform reliability, clearer roadmap communication, and a stronger focus on quality over speed, Rippling could deliver much more consistently on its promise.

Pros

Rippling has a highly engaging and polished sales team that does a great job explaining the platform’s potential and capabilities. From a systems perspective, Rippling has also helped streamline key integrations, particularly between Rippling and Azure. This has meaningfully supported our IT teams in managing user access, provisioning, and deprovisioning more efficiently, reducing manual effort and improving overall control.

Cons

The biggest challenge has been platform stability across core modules. Features can break or change without notice, and fixes in one area often create downstream issues elsewhere. This creates operational friction and increases reliance on support and engineering escalation. There is also a noticeable gap between what is sold as available or “ready” functionality and what is consistently stable in practice. Stronger testing, clearer communication around changes, and more realistic positioning of product maturity would significantly improve the experience.

I am very pleased with Rippling's capability to satisfy many of our company's needs include HR, payroll, and device management. We have not run into very many issues at all since our set up went live.

Pros

We enjoy using Rippling as it integrates with many pieces of our team's HR software. Additionally, the support our company is receiving from Rippling is tremendous compared to our previous products. The responsive and clear UI is a major plus as an end user. It is incredibly easy to navigate to your health care information and quickly switch to find/verify your pay check information. This really is an ideal solution for companies that want turn key HR assistance.

Cons

So far our biggest gripe with Rippling is the usage of a Chatbot to navigate to support. We would prefer having a phone number readily available for support questions. As a small team, it is necessary for more than one person to be able to contact Rippling if critical HR issues arise.

I value the variety of solutions offered all on one platform. They truly have every solution for onboarding, off boarding, IT, Payroll, Performance and more.

Cons

Rippling could offer certain products on the platform to companies at a discounted rate who have less than 5 employees. They have great apps and options but every person is an additional cost. I believe more companies would start with Rippling if the other apps were part of the incentive for free with less than 5 employees.

I have had a positive experience with Rippling. I have found it easier to navigate than other HRIS platforms. It has made aspects of our HR departments jobs' easier.

Pros

The wide range of reports I can pull. I also like the easy way of timekeeping and clocking/out on the web and the kiosks. I like the simplicity of the system while it offers many different HRIS aspects. It is also more affordable than other platforms we have used.

Cons

The thing I like least about Rippling in the day to day timecard approvals. As a large company, it is difficult to do daily timecard approvals. I also do not like change requests as it takes many steps to complete each request. We also often find that the kiosk apps often do not work or keep employees clocked in form multiple days.

My experience is very good. Rippling helps me receive my salary and reimbursements quickly. It is very easy to navigate and not confusing at all. I use it for everything: checking my payments, requesting time off, and managing my team. It is a great tool for people working internationally.

Pros

I like that payments arrive on time and very quickly. It is excellent for international payments because I can receive money in dollars and Colombian pesos without problems. The interface is very easy to use on my phone and computer. Also, requesting expense reimbursements is fast and simple.

Cons

I don't receive emails when my vacation days are approved; I have to check the app manually, but there is probably a configuration that I have disabled to mute all notifications. Also, when the company rehired me, a new account was created. This caused me to lose the configuration for my dollar account in Panama, and I had to contact support to fix it, because the only available country was Colombia. Additionally, the integration with Google Calendar generates an event when time off is approved; however, it is not an Out of Office event, so it doesn't automatically decline meetings, and the unavailable icon won't appear in Slack, so I have to manually create the Out of Office event.

Our experience has been extremely positive. Rippling is modern, easy to use, and significantly reduces administrative work for both HR and employees. The implementation process was well managed, and the platform has performed exactly as expected since go live. We would absolutely recommend Rippling to other organizations.

Pros

Rippling delivers excellent value for the cost. Payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and employee management all work together in one clean platform. Payroll runs are fast and reliable, onboarding new employees is simple, and employees can manage their own personal and direct deposit information without HR involvement. The implementation and support teams were responsive, knowledgeable, and made the transition from Paychex smooth.

Cons

There is a learning curve when first getting familiar with all the features, but it is well worth it given the efficiency gains.

Pros

Rippling is incredibly easy to use. I liked how everything -payroll, benefits, and onboarding - was in one place. The tool can be customized easily for learning and goal management. The user interface is clean, modern and intuitive and is very user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes the customer support response time felt slow when I had any urgent questions. The mobile application is convenient to use but doesn't have all the features that are available in the desktop version and is sometimes buggy.

Pros

Rippling has many HR resources all in one place for easy access. The site itself is easy to navigate. I like being able to review my time card and PTO requests during the pay period. And it is relatively simple to update bank accounts, pay splits, and benefit choices as needed.

Cons

I was not fond of receiving and reporting wage information from Rippling and not directly from my employer. It appears that my organization has found a fix for this effect, so I'm pleased about that.

Overall, it is expensive however, it takes care/consolidates of a lot of tasks needed in HR. Setup did take time however the process was smooth after setup. The interface is very user-friendly and the automation tools helped ensure fast and live updates to features. Also there are a lot of potential to expand it to IT or Finance, if needed.

Pros

I like how with Rippling almost all the information you need is accessible in on e place. Things like pay stubs, tax documents, benefits, and other personal information is easy to find, which makes managing all tasks HR-related much more convenient. You can find things like your upcoming work schedule, payroll, PTO and also have the ability to submit requests directly on there.

Cons

Although I am not on the HR part of rippling so I do not understand the full perspectives of those that are on it. Still, there are a lot of features that are gated by other features so Rippling does try to make you buy more than you need, like the headcount feature. Also it is buggy, even for a relativity small company that used it whenever I worked for them.

Overall, I really like Rippling. It can serve many functions for managing an organization and allows for your team to have a central hub for information.

Pros

It's a one stop shop for all of our Human Resources related information. It's easy to access benefits, SSO logins, payroll/tax information, and to design custom learning/training programs within. When Rippling does have bugs, which is rare, the customer support team responds quickly.

Cons

Some of the user interface in Rippling is a bit confusing. They use a lot of icons to represent information and not all of the icons are intuitive so when you're first onboarding to using Rippling, it is a steeper learning curve to nail down the navigation.

I could figure out how to apply for leaves and navigate the portal within my first use without any training. The interface is intuitive enough for quick daily tasks like checking leave balance or submitting WFH requests. Employee Management: The self-service features work well for managing my own attendance and leaves. I have complete visibility into my leave history, pending requests, and available balances across different categories. Customization: Adding theme options and customizable widgets would greatly improve the user experience. Bugs and Issues: The main issue is the inability to edit or modify leave requests once submitted. Even minor corrections require canceling the entire request and creating a new one, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Ease of Use: The leave application process is straightforward and intuitive. I can apply for leaves, work from home requests, or check my leave balance within seconds without any confusion. The interface is clean enough for everyday tasks. Employee Management: The self-service portal gives me complete visibility into my leave history, pending requests, and available balance across different leave categories (casual, sick, earned). I don't need to contact HR for basic information, which saves time.This flexibility is very helpful for last-minute situations. Transparency: Request status is always clear - I can see whether my leave is pending, approved, or rejected without having to follow up separately with my manager or HR team.

Cons

No Edit Functionality: Once a leave request is submitted, there's no option to edit or modify it. If I make a mistake in dates or need to change the leave type, I have to cancel the entire request and create a new one. This is frustrating and time-consuming, especially when the change is minor. An "Edit Request" button would save a lot of hassle.

That simplicity saved time, minimized back-and-forth with HR or Finance, and made core administrative tasks feel effortless rather than distracting.

Cons

The main downside was that some features felt more powerful than what an end user actually needs, which occasionally made certain settings or menus feel a bit dense. While the platform is very intuitive overall, there were moments where it wasn’t immediately clear which options were relevant to me versus admins. That said, this felt more like a tradeoff of Rippling’s breadth than a fundamental usability issue.

Rippling made HR and payroll work much easier and faster. after getting used to it. Daily jobs become simple and everything was in one place. sometime support was slow, and prices ware not clear. but it helped save time and get work done quickly

I have been using rippling since last july2025. and I love to tell that It's a user-friendly interface which is very easy to navigate daily tasks. and If I talk about payroll, onboarding, device managment this all are work great. and one more thing is this platform offers us wonderfull customization option which are highly valuable for enhancing the business

Cons

If I talk about the cons. of rippling the first one is pricing is not transparent and getting a precise quote required and If we stuck in any issue then only administratos can contact live support for resolving more complex issue.

The platform is good to use, and the customer support is also excellent. I use the time-off option regularly, and I feel this is the best HR management tool I have ever used. My favorite feature is the Org chart.

Pros

I like most: 1.Org Chart 2. Security (2FA) 3. Structured modules 4. Easy to Understand and Use 5. Color Combination 6. Easy to manage employees

Cons

I feel that in Rippling, I don’t have any major dislikes, but I am not comfortable with the Cloudflare security check on the login page. I use the keyboard, and when the Cloudflare step appears, I have to use the mouse, which causes some inconvenience and latency.
