Managing employees HR matters from an app while in the field is the best part! I can use all functions from an app including customer support. The simplicity and ease of use definitely overcome the few nagging issues that we have experienced. Pros With Rippling, we get a one stop shop for all things HR. Our benefits, pay, PTO, and leave management are all under one umbrella. This simplifies workflow and limits the number of systems we need to access to take care of day to day HR tasks. Cons Despite the one-stop shop aspect of it all, some processes ended up being more problematic than others, for instance, sometimes PTO requests that have been approved do not register as such - and sometimes duplicate notifications go out on those approvals. To be fair to Rippling, this is likely user error on our part with initial or continued setup issues, but it is also not (seemingly) easily remediated. It is important for me that an app is easy to use. I haven't had real problems. Pros Rippling is a very user friendly app. It allows me to monitor my payroll as well as file and monitor my PTOs. Cons Overall, I actually love using Rippling. It is also associated with other software that our workplace uses. What I think I like least about the app is that sometimes I have trouble logging in. It says something about "cloudfare" so what I'll do is log in through the website in incognito mode. It stores the receipt, amount, memo, category, and anything else in one place that's easy to see when it's approved and paid out. It's also easy to see time off, how much is left, and making requests. Pros Rippling makes it incredibly easy to manage all things work-related. You don't need to sign into multiple pieces of software anymore, just one hub for time, spend, pay, and any other work-related questions or concerns. I'd prefer using Rippling over any other HR software I've used in the past at other companies. Highly recommended! The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to use and manage everything I need. I was able to have full control of my payroll in a system that runs smoothly, with no lags or bugs, on the website or the app. It allows me to check upcoming invoices and also helps me keep my accounting organized and on track. Overall, I’d give it a solid 10/10. Pros It is a very intuitive platform, which I have been using for 6 months, and made my experience really pleasant. I was able to receive assistance almost instantly when it was needed, and everything has been resolved in the same day. I totally recommend the platform. It was a relief when I was able to control my payroll, on a platform that does not present any lags or bugs while using the website or the app, not only letting me see what my future invoices are and assist me manage my accountings. Not to mention the value and the management of time as an employee, which is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. I can't describe how this tool makes it easier for me on all reporting and information I handle, I have been using it for bonuses lately and has been truly a nightmare solver! Pros The organizational side of the tool is what amazes me the most. Having the opportunity of setting up profiles and teams in such an organized way, I use this tool even for payroll and bonuses purposes, truly a gift to be able to use this product! Cons The updates take a while to show, would like it to be quicker in that sense. This is just because sometimes for payrolls and promotions when someone is changed from a team it takes a while to show, however, still not something crazy I can manager the updates timing. It does everything I need it to do for work related tasks. My only caveat is that it's 2FA is not hooked up with Google authenticator. I have a separate 2FA just for Rippling. It has good UI, interactive and quite less bugs, which I tend to find very easily. I use leave management the most, and I love it. Cons Login process. April 7, 2026 5.0 My experience with rippling has been the best, I have used this management system for the last year and couldn't be more happy with the product. Their customer support is so nice and so warming, and quick to help if anything went wrong. They have tools for everything you need, including leave management, it has never been easier to submit a leave and my company is notified within seconds. The value for the money we spend on having this system is the best you could get. I wouldn't recommend any other employee management system. Pros Rippling, is easy on the eyes and easy to use. Everything is where it is supposed to be, and easily available to find. The employee payroll section is my favorite, not like Employee management systems, the section has everything I might need in one place, such as pay stubs, W2, etc. Cons Theres is nothing I didn't like about rippling, there is 0 bugs and issues, and honestly the best Employee management system I have ever used. I also like the easy way of timekeeping and clocking/out on the web and the kiosks. I like the simplicity of the system while it offers many different HRIS aspects. It is also more affordable than other platforms we have used. Cons The thing I like least about Rippling in the day to day timecard approvals. As a large company, it is difficult to do daily timecard approvals. I also do not like change requests as it takes many steps to complete each request. We also often find that the kiosk apps often do not work or keep employees clocked in form multiple days.
