Pros I like that I can go to Rippling to see a variety of items. Such as time off requests, employees at the organization, other healthcare benefits, and my payroll information. Cons I'm not sure there is something that I like least, but it would be nice if I had access to more reporting in Rippling so I could see employees and their locations more easily. Pros It is super well organized, so it is easy to find what you are looking for. And I love that everything I need as an employee is in one place. My paystubs, insurance info, org chart, time off requests, reviews and more. Cons There really isn't anything that I do not like about Rippling. But if I had to change one thing, I would ask that under the "My Benefits" section that there was an attachment of all of the services covered for a certain insurance plan. i.e. If I have Cigna Plus - an attachment showing what services are covered and what percentage is covered etc. Review Source MG Mayur G. It has all the required features like documents, time off, org chart, tax documents, payslip. Pros I like the Org chart section. As we are remote company so it difficult for us to understand who reports to whom. Org Chart help me to understand the reporting mangers. Cons Actually I like all the features of rippling. I have used many similar services with previous employers, but Rippling is the most user friendly by a landslide. Cons Honestly, there is nothing I like least about Rippling. Pros The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle. Cons Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a rippling link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided. Cons We are still new to this platform and the main issue we have had so far is with out implementation specialist. There was an issue where he told us our physical cards would be shipped but it took more than 2 weeks to arrive and every time we would ask about tracking or any updates, he would find a way to no answer it/not respond back to the email. The org chart is especially helpful for quickly finding employees and understanding reporting lines. Managing my time off is simple. I can see my balance at a glance and submit requests in seconds. I also appreciate how streamlined the expense process is, with clear steps and fast approvals. Overall, it brings a lot of convenience into one clean, unified platform. Cons Honestly, not much. Rippling is a strong all-in-one HR, IT, and finance platform, and most of the core features work really well. I haven’t run into any major issues, and the system feels reliable across the board. While it can be a little heavy on the email notifications, it’s easily the most intuitive platform I’ve used for "adulting" at work. Pros • Zero friction: Finding paystubs or commission is actually easy. • Quick PTO: Takes like 30 seconds to request a Friday off. • Decent app: I can check my "adulting" stuff from my phone on the go. • No HR emails: I can update my own info without a back-and-forth. Even for new hires, we only require a quick onboarding, and then they're good to go. Additionally, from my experience, I can say that Rippling is very reliable, all the information is well encrypted and secured, and not only that, but we actually feel like we're dealing with a platform that supports us and cares about our growth as a company. Cons From my experience, I could say that even though "simple" tasks are super easy to navigate and complete, when it comes to more advanced reports or workflows, it can be a little bit more complex to understand what and how to do it.
