I have used several over my professional career and I am overall the most satisfied with Rippling. Cons Putting in time could be a little better lol. Starting a new HRIS always feels overwhelming because you feel like you're starting from scratch with all the information it takes to get you stood up as a user but this was ready to go and easy for users. Cons It would be beneficial if there was a way for Rippling to handle trustee-to-trustee HSA transfers. The manual process of downloading a form, filling it out, printing it and then mailing to the previous HSA holder seems like it could be streamlined by working with a Rippling HSA team member. I liked that everything would be integrated .. if it would work Cons benefits admin is the worst, enromment start before eligable. It took less than 5 minutes when previous experiences felt endless. Additionally, everything was so clearly laid out and easy to intake. Usually, when I am enrolling in new coverage, the information about different plans is dense and confusing and you have to parse through paragraphs of info. So much better! So much to the point where I didn't need an overview of how to work this site. It's pretty self-explanatory and that's what I like about it! Super easy to use. Pros Easy to use for your daily clock in/out tracking. Also, it is great with tracking any PTO/vacation accumulations. Love it! Cons There are no known cons about Rippling at this time. Their support is extremely responsive and we've seen a lot of our feature requests implemented into the product. It was already great, but it keeps getting better and better as time goes on. Pros Rippling saves us a lot of managerial time. It saves the most time of some of our key executives, which is extremely valuable. Cons We don't use some of the IT related features, but everything else we love. Pros Rippling has made my job significantly easier and less stressful. From customized reports (employee birthdays, t-shirt sizes, PTO reports) to easy hiring that takes less than 5 minutes, Rippling has been a life saver to make sure no HR step is missed. I am new in HR so having a platform that I can use easily and confidently was a game changer. Cons We have had some trouble with PTO integration. Transferring medical information from hard copies to Rippling (especially during the renewal period) was a little difficult and made it hard to identify who had a change in their plans. although this will not be a problem in the future now that we have fully transitioned our health insurance tracking through Rippling. Way better than Workday. Pros It's simple and intuitive. Rippling actually makes me want to do Elections/Payroll/HR stuff on time because I don't feel like I'm going to get lost when I go to the browser/App. Whoever designed the process flow of the site should be promoted immediately.
