" January 2, 2026 5.0 I've found it very easy, intuitive, and have not needed to ask any questions about how to use it. Highly recommend. Pros I love the simplicity of it, ease of use, and the overall user design. I also appreciate that it is an all in one place for HR needs. I also found it to be an easy software to use in order to onboard for a new remote job. Cons I can't really think of any major cons at this point. If you're looking for a platform that actually makes HR administration simple and stress-free, Rippling absolutely delivers. Pros Rippling is an exceptional one stop shop for all employment related needs. The intuitive navigation makes it easy to access paystubs, leave requests, benefits, and employment documents without jumping between multiple portals. The platform has genuinely streamlined how I manage my HR information. Cons The notification system needs improvement. Completed tasks generate notifications that don't disappear, they remain persistent and intrusive, often blocking access to other information on the platform. Pros What I liked most about Rippling is how seamlessly everything is connected in one platform. From onboarding and payroll to device and app management. It's all centralized, saving everyone so much time and reducing manual errors. Cons What I liked the least was the initial learning curve. Because Rippling offers so many features, it took a little time to fully understand and take advantage of everything. I've really enjoyed working with the Rippling team. They have excellent customer service. Pros Very smooth onboarding process. The implementation specialist and the implementation checklist within the software made it easy to know that I had set everything up correctly. I like that it is app based and has a simple account creation process for employees. Cons Lacks some very specific customization within payroll and the time off policies. Some of the workflows within the system can be confusing until you understand how it feeds together. I love the feature to adjust distribution from your direct deposit profile into each of the different accounts. I adjusted that quite a bit when I first moved to Florida Pros Its easy and simple to use, it helps keep all of my work projects and activities organized but my favorite feature is the ease of viewing for the pay stubs. I've never had an organization or product that shows paystubs in such a comprehensive way. Cons I noticed there can tend to be a disconnect between management in companies, and Rippling when it comes to individual time off policies, corporate time off policies and the system Rippling has to offer.
