Pros All in one App. Allows you to submit changes to your time etc. It had been a game changer for tracking my teams time and even time off. Cons No real issues. I have had some issues with connectivity but that has been solved. I'm glad we switched over from our last business management software. Pros Managing time off is easy to setup. The benefits portion of the site is easy to navigate. I thoroughly enjoy the payroll layout as well. We also used the employee reviews feature and it was quite easy to use. Cons The auto-save progress feature doesn't seem to work all the time. I'd like the employee time-off calendar to be more accessible while filling out my own. The notifications are sometimes hidden or take a while to show up. It allows us to keep track of task, time, and benefits in our workplace environment. I have used a ton of other platforms however (ADP, Paycor, Meraki) and I have to say Rippling is the one that has been most efficient. Cons It's nothing I truly dislike. I will say I wish there was a tool implemented so that I dont have to constantly sign-in on my devices I always use to sign in. Other than that, the platform is gold. You are able to see all the relevant information, direct reports, signed documents, and special dates with just a click. Cons Sometimes, it can be hard to access due to the two-factor authenticator that might get bugged, and the extra options and navigation layers can feel a bit complex or confusing. Pros Rippling is an easy to navigate platform used by all teams. It's expense logging feature has been extremely helpful for business travel. Cons Sometimes the receipt analyzing feature would change the date we logged the expense which would mess up the accounting teams' reporting but their support team fixed this quickly. The list is not too overwhelming that you can't find the category you need. Cons Getting the years of old PTO requests off the screen. It would be nice if there was a way to remove the older requests from the screen.
