The authentication tool helped us get out of a longstanding arduous code process that was bottlenecked with one person at our company. Pros It's very easy to use. I especially like that it's an extension on my browser so I can access it easily from whatever site I am on. Klar, der Kundenservice könnte etwas schneller reagieren, aber es geht. Pros Rippling ist super einfach zu benutzen, für Admins genauso wie für die Mitarbeiter. Die Oberfläche wirkt schlanker, dadurch ist alles leichter zu handhaben. Der größte Vorteil ist wirklich die Automatisierung – im Gegensatz zu den üblichen HR-Tools lassen sich hier Prozesse viel besser automatisieren, selbst wenn viele Variablen drin sind. Cons Etwas schade ist, dass man trotzdem noch eine extra App für die Zeiterfassung braucht, weil der Bereich „Arbeitszeit“ im Diagramm Überstunden nicht richtig anzeigt, wenn man das nicht vorher fix eingestellt hat. Cons I don't like how chaotic it can look or overwhelming it can look when using it for recruiting, although it is self-explanatory and layed out well, but I think that the feeling depends on how the hiring process goes and not necessarily Rippling as a platform. It helps me to check if all my hours are correct and it helps me to check the payroll faster, I used to use another app called Payoneer but unfortunately Payoneer wasn't that clear and easy to use as Rippling, it had a lot of bugs and also the support was super bad.. Pros It's really easy to use, all the informations are organized so it makes everything clear about where to go or click, also the explanations are very simple so it doesn't take too much time to learn. I use Rippling to work everyday and it's 100% porcent better the other websites we used to use on the company cause everything was so difficult to understand so wasn't simple to use. Cons I wish it could have some tutorial videos about the first use and everything though it's easy to do it alone. This has been by far the best site for payroll especially for international contractors. Pros It's user friendly. Everything in the site is very easy to manage. All of my payroll, time out requests and even org charts are placed there. Cons The only thing I can think of is I am having troubling accessing it through my phone. It won't let me log in. Pros How everything is so well organized. Even when I joined the company I work for now and began using rippling I was easily able to find where things were given a quick search through it all. Being able to use it on the laptop or my phone has helped as well. I also have not had any glitches in the time I've been using it which has been just under 6 months. Pros I believe it is a decent system for time management and benefits tracking. It is a very extensive time and attendance system which I prefer overall. Cons I think the overall transition from our previous time management system was not completely smooth, however Rippling is an enjoyable system for the most part. The site itself loads slowly at times causing delays in clocking in or out. It was easy to learn and get used to. Pros As an end user, I really like how easy it is to do my expense reports as soon as I get the receipt, I can finish my expense in a couple of minutes after my meals and not have to worry about keeping track of the receipts.
