Pros I appreciated how easy and intuitive it was to use and navigate through with benefits, payroll, time keeping, and also with time off. Cons Nothing, so far I have no negative comments to add here. Everything from insurance allocations, and also general information has been pretty clear cut. Pros It has helped a lot with schedule management, time managing and time off requests, also offering the proper follow up and making sure that the information on worked hours are correct for payments to be made correctly. Cons I don't really feel like it has a downside, it's really easy to use and for the uses that we give it, there's nothing really that stands out as negative. The biggest issue is random glitches with clocking in. I like the layout and usability, which is all intuitive. Pros The most impactful for me are the frequent updates that are published. The pay section of the app is incredibly useful as well. I recently enrolled in insurance housed in the app, and also enjoyed the layout of that whole process. Cons I have had issues clocking in, where I have to close the app for it to allow me to clock in. There have been times that I have had to close it multiple times to fix it. I am also coming from ADP in my last job that had benefits for employees that are with companies partnered with them. Some were super useful and some were not. Cons Sometimes its a bit overwhelming with too many modules, and navigating to specific settings can take long time. The dashboard makes it easy to navigate and obtain information you need quickly. This makes it a great experience! Pros I used Rippling frequently for my health savings account and flex daycare account. The daycare provide doesn't allow use of the card, but Rippling makes it easy to submit claims online and get paid timely. Their process is fast and easy to get reimbursed for your healthcare expenses and daycare expenses. Cons If there is an issue, I believe we need to contact our HR first. On-Boarding was smooth and all features were right there. So, overall it has been an excellent experience. Pros Easy to use, and excellent and well managed UI with all features available right on. When coming from a different tooling, it is always a must thing that the new tool must have all features and Rippling has not disappointed us in any sense. Cons A user must be able to sign on (to the same a/c) using his/her personal as well as office email ID. Right now, it is only personal email id, which is a bit confusing. It has access to not only payroll documents but also others like uploading my important documents, checking my holidays and requesting days off, have access to company directory and many more other features 2. It has 2 step authentication which makes the app secured and safe 3. Easy to use: not complicated and very straight forward and great user interface Cons 1.Support delay: their customer support is not that impressive 2. There alot of bugs which needs to be fixed as this at times causes lacking in the App. 3. They do not have any video tutorials for new users 4. Pros I like that it feels like and looks like it was made this century. the UI and UX doesn't look like it was made before I was born, and i can easily navigate to what I need to do and what I need to procure. i don't feel hassled using this system because I can access different modules and documents easily. Cons I will say getting things serviced and finding a live human to communicate anything to is almost impossible. i had to get a correction for my W2 for a simple thing like my company's State Employer ID and it took them over 2 months to resolve that issue. that has been my only negative experience though. We've been charged over $2,000 in erroneous fees for payroll errors they caused and have not fixed, despite 6+ months of multiple help tickets submitted. Pros Their sales team and customer service was helpful in the initial stages when they were soliciting our business. After that, things went downhill. Cons We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away. Our team confirmed with the customer and their new accountant that the exemptions were not compliant and verified that the customer is required to set up state tax agency accounts and complete filings.
