There are also so many functions within the application - everything I need to manage time off, review my pay/benefits and acknowledge employee documents which I can reference later. Cons There is nothing I like about Rippling, besides if we have to get specific I suppose I do not love the colors but they don't bother me a whole lot. Review Source WW Willis W. I am not asking for a lot from the app, so I have no complaints. Pros I think the ease of use of Rippling cannot be beat. I have used many similar services with previous employers, but Rippling is the most user friendly by a landslide. Cons Honestly, there is nothing I like least about Rippling. " May 23, 2026 5.0 Great platform, able to locate my payroll easily and also I used this platform once to submit expenses to my company, also another easy process. Pros Ease of use when submitting a request for a day off. I never encountered an issue and it was easy to onboard myself as a new hire, the platform was really intuitive. I think it has been a good investment for our company so far. Cons I think there should be more guidance and customer support for the clients, especially in relation to the Payroll features. It’s fast, reliable, and makes it incredibly easy to find anything I need related to my company, my employment, and my personal records. Everything from PTO to expenses to documents is right at my fingertips, and the platform removes a lot of friction from day-to-day tasks. Pros Rippling is extremely easy to use and makes all my HR tasks feel quick and straightforward. I can easily download important documents like paystubs and tax forms without digging around. The org chart is especially helpful for quickly finding employees and understanding reporting lines. Managing my time off is simple. I can see my balance at a glance and submit requests in seconds. I also appreciate how streamlined the expense process is, with clear steps and fast approvals. Overall, it brings a lot of convenience into one clean, unified platform. Cons Honestly, not much. Cons We are still new to this platform and the main issue we have had so far is with out implementation specialist. There was an issue where he told us our physical cards would be shipped but it took more than 2 weeks to arrive and every time we would ask about tracking or any updates, he would find a way to no answer it/not respond back to the email. Pros I've been using rippling for about 2 years, and I have never had any issues getting my paycheck home. Also, every time I have changed bank accounts, the process has been quick and simple. My favorite part is that I can split my paycheck between multiple bank accounts and configure which percentage goes to each one. Cons Even though it has a big variety of tools, sometimes the categories are not self explanatory and it is hard to find where a specific tool will be. So, I'd clasiffy it as UI not being intuitive.
