Simple enough for operators to use and advanced enough to make life easy. Pros The Ease of use is great and the mobility features make it simple and easy. Our payroll tracking and payments have become more simplified and happen with ease, thanks to Rippling. Cons The UI could use some work, but the learning curve is simple. They're very communicative, and the software runs smoothly. I've never run into any bugs or issues. Cons The interface can be a little confusing sometimes and I don't always know where what I'm looking for lives. I need to reference the emails I was sent in that case. You will love their product and it's integrations. Pros Rippling is very tech forward in it's focus. They are constantly innovating and updating their systems. Cons The support can be hard to manage at first. You have to work through AI in order to get to a person for help. It is a value of money app and provides good customer support. Pros It's very easy to use and better for easy management. It is very handy in applying leave, or to issue any surveys, or to plan any human interactive activities. Cons Maybe the theme and colours of rippling website. Email, payroll and software access for new hires was no longer a checklist mess it’s now a one-click task. Cons The interface can be thick, especially when you bounce between modules. Still learning how to use it and I am noticing improvements and updates on a regular basis. Pros Generally user-friendly. Many help articles to figure out answers you may need help with. I like that I can easily answer my own questions without the help of a support agent. Cons I needed to have several new employees located in Malaysia and Brazil and had to procure their laptops and other equipment on my own because Rippling does not deliver to either country. Pros Rippling is an amazing tool that just simplifies everything. All management is pretty accessible, and there are never any issues with it because they are always updating the system to provide the most efficient service. Also customer support is amazing. I used it to manage the onbaording, pay scales and documents for 22 employees across three departments Pros Rippling is very helpful for organizing secure onboarding documents in one place, automating steps for onboarding new employees and holding personal documents and managing pay information for various employees. The automation features save a lot of time Cons Occasionally, it’s hard to find certain information in the dashboard, like past paystubs or benefit details. My best experience was in getting help about my FSA/HSA questions. The team at Rippling was super helpful in helping me understand and clarify my questions. Apart from that, the overall UI makes it seamless to navigate to the required information. Pros Rippling as an HR management and benefits software solution is easy to use and intuitive, and the help support is the best in class. I've used Rippling as an employee and also as a manager, and it is very straightforward as to where to go to look up my benefits, pay statements, and understand the structure or the site. I've also used it as a manager and it is easy to approve time off requests, look at org charts, etc. Cons This is not a con per se but being a data professional, I would love to see more analytics provided as an employee that consolidates my pay data into a visual dashboard so I can see my pay, taxes, etc. for different years (and year to date). Whenever there is an urgent task within my purview, whether as an employee or an administrator, I get a notification and I can directly go to where I complete the task. If I've somehow missed the notification, next time I happen to log in, I can trust that any pending tasks are flagged. The design is clean and calm, not noisy. Cons I always trust that Rippling will have all the info I need somewhere, but hierarchically, every module in Rippling seems to be at the same level, so I sometimes have to click around before I find what I'm looking for... As someone who has switched companies multiple times over the past year (all have used Rippling) it has made that transition seamless and easy. I never felt like I had to start all over again! Cons Nothing! It was very easy to use and I have no complaints. The only thing I sometimes have trouble with is that it does not automatically check tasks I completed on external sites. Pros very easy to manage employees and organisation structure in there. Employee payroll is automated on given dates and the amount gets credited. The leave management is easy and well reported and the documnets are well visible to the employee. Cons The KYC process takes a bit and the customer support gets back after a day to inform that the KYC has failed which is frustating for my employees. I have to cater and make them understand in real time, would be great if Rippling shows error on spot.
