Pros

What I like most in is its ease of use, leave management, time tracking and user- friendly.

Cons

I least like multiple verification methods. Also, sometimes bugs or errors occur but rarely. Should just lessen multiple verification.

It is easy to use and can be adjusted to different states; it also integrates with accounting easily.

Cons

Sometimes it can get complicated to navigate, and it can also be difficult to understand how to set up reporting in the beginning

The overall experience in using in is great so far, I have been using it for over a month and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. I use it for time management, leave management, employee management, and it all works smoothly.

Pros

The way everything is well organized into the different categories, as well as all the options it offers in terms of employee management, leave management, time management...

Cons

There is little I dislike about the tool, maybe I would highlight that some options are a bit hidden or not that easy to find

I've found to be intuitive from the browser and the app version. It was easy to learn and get used to.

Pros

As an end user, I really like how easy it is to do my expense reports as soon as I get the receipt, I can finish my expense in a couple of minutes after my meals and not have to worry about keeping track of the receipts.

Cons

tracking my time in the app isn't as easy as I was hoping. I usually wait until I can use my laptop and browser to do my timekeeping.

I access almost daily for benefits, payroll, taxes, time off, and employer documents. I have had a very pleasant experience for it feels like a "1 stop shop".

Pros

Payroll and employee management are a priority for us and has been an asset for the employees.

Cons

Certain tax documents can be slow to access through . Occasionally, I will have to contact a provider directly.

Pros

The seamless integration of Time Management and Payroll integrated into our daily usage has elevated our efficiency.

Cons

None so far, everything with has been nothing but quality and excellent service. The hustle that we had with previous vendors was never experience here with Rippling

I am enjoying it and it had lots of features we have yet to explore. I like the ease of affing time or requesting partial days off.

Pros

I like that it contains various modules all in one. I can verify my vacation and my staff vacation, I can complete and approve their requests for vacation as well as sick days or overtime

Cons

I find that it is not easy to find the past requests of employees, some features are not very intuitive

I love the way I can track the payment process, also I can differs the payment in more than one bank account in the percentage I want and I can change those parameters anytime, its great because this kind of changes can be difficult if you need to talk with someone in the HR department and I don´t like to rush with this kind of requests.

Pros

Its the best HR platform that I ever used, I can got all the control of my contract without need to talk with my immediate manager, that's reduce the time to solve or track issues. Is so intuitive, all the tools al correctly arranged and I find what I need quickly. Also all the forms and filters are so clear, you can get many information with a good granularity in terms of time, amount value or alphabetical order, that's apply for your time reports, payment fees, off-time reports, contracts, so on.

Cons

I mention the UI is so intuitive, but sometimes are many options so you don't know what can works better for you, so are a curve of learn that you need to complete in order to take advantage from this tool.

Overall, it has been great. The biggest issue is random glitches with clocking in. I like the layout and usability, which is all intuitive.

Pros

The most impactful for me are the frequent updates that are published. The pay section of the app is incredibly useful as well. I recently enrolled in insurance housed in the app, and also enjoyed the layout of that whole process.

Cons

I have had issues clocking in, where I have to close the app for it to allow me to clock in. There have been times that I have had to close it multiple times to fix it. I am also coming from ADP in my last job that had benefits for employees that are with companies partnered with them. Some were super useful and some were not. Having the option of those would be awesome.

It was awesome! is a super platform that made everything easier for us. Hr and payroll where the best parts of the platform for me as it made the work easier and efficient as well.

Pros

The consolidated features make a great value for companies! The overall hr side and payroll management system was made easier and accessible for managers as well. The customer service was exceptional and responsive, they replied instantly to inquiries. The overall operational costs and expense gauge and forecasting was made easier using the platform!

Cons

Some of the features still had a but of bugs like some buttons were unclickable and some necessary features were hidden within pages on the app.

is a solid payroll company. No major complaints, it serves our needs and has lots of options available. You pay for what you need and don't pay for what you don't, and it has support for multiple companies/EINs on one account.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible, great support, allows for multiple companies (EINs) under one license.

Cons

UI can be confusing sometimes. There's been a few hiccups with not properly reporting taxes to state governments.

Onboarding is incredibly smooth and takes only a few minutes. Payroll runs easily with everything syncing automatically. Time tracking and approvals are quick and neatly organized.

Cons

Mobile experience is limited, making it harder to manage tasks on the go. Some tasks take more clicks than they should. Sometimes, I do receive late notifications.

We came from Bamboo, and overall experience has been excellent. On-Boarding was smooth and all features were right there. So, overall it has been an excellent experience.

Pros

Easy to use, and excellent and well managed UI with all features available right on. When coming from a different tooling, it is always a must thing that the new tool must have all features and has not disappointed us in any sense.

Cons

A user must be able to sign on (to the same a/c) using his/her personal as well as office email ID. Right now, it is only personal email id, which is a bit confusing.

has exceeded my expectations in every way. The platform if reliable, efficient and incredibly well-designed. Support has been responsive when needed, and the automation tools have made out day-to-day tasks much easier.

Pros

What I liked most about is how seamlessly everything is connected in one platform. From onboarding and payroll to device and app management. It's all centralized, saving everyone so much time and reducing manual errors.

Cons

What I liked the least was the initial learning curve. Because offers so many features, it took a little time to fully understand and take advantage of everything. But once you get the hang of it, the platform runs smoothly and becomes a huge asset.

Often I have seen some bugs in the software that hangs the software on my iphone. also, it is very strange that it doesnt let you customise the time off request. You can only do 1 day at a time which is not efficient

provides a hub to take care of a variety of tasks in a single platform. This allows for training of the platform to be more streamlined and efficient. There are also associates present to assist with any question.

Cons

My biggest qualm is that the process for submitting suggestions and those suggestions being implemented can take a while, but this is likely just how the review process goes.
