Good customer service and engagement manager dupport. Pros Ease of use. Very much a plug and play software. we were able to deploy the system for over 300 employees in less than 4 months. Great UI and good customer support . Cons Limited customizability. The security in the system is not customizable. It doesn't let you split compensation and HR tasks hence enabling you to relook at your security. I was never worried about contacting them, they always got back to me right away. Even if issues were escalated, I had constant updates from them. It's a nice customer experience and the platform is easy to work with. Pros It was pretty easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent. Anytime I had an issue I got a response super fast. I use Rippling for employee surveys, managing PTO requests, and hiring. When we did run into issues, customer support was always able to help us with a quick turnaround. Pros I like Rippling's Single Sign On feature. I also enjoy being able to stay logged in without needing to sign in each time I access Rippling. Cons At first, some of the UI and tab navigation can be difficult to identify. On the screen itself, sometimes the options get buried within the color scheme. Found that it has less bugs and quick customer support. Pros The application I found very ease to use, intuitive and heard from management that it is value for money. Pros Ease of you for logging in, tracking payments, and I like the notifications for payments coming through. Overall the UI is very solid Cons None. I like it, best payroll tool I've used over the last decade. Compared to other tools, I find it easier to log into their website and quick identify information I'm tracking down. Cons The password system seems to be confusing as it requires an email, password and authentication code which is difficult to reset.
