It was extremely easy to use and also to set up the initial accounts. Pros The ease of use, particularly in submitting paycheck orders. As one of over 80+ contract educators participating in a statewide project, it was easy to manage my expected payments, even when working in different schools and cities. Cons I have no complaints. Having HR, payroll, and IT tools all in one platform made everything easier. The automation features saved us a lot of time, and the interface was very user-friendly. The list is not too overwhelming that you can't find the category you need. On top of that, there are little to no fees involved, which makes it more cost-effective compared to other options. Pros I like that it is super easy to use, even for someone who is not very technical. The interface is straightforward, and transactions are simple to complete. I also appreciate that I have never experienced any issues when receiving or transferring money, which gives me confidence and peace of mind whenever I use the platform. Cons I don’t really like the UI because it can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time users. There are too many options displayed at once, which can make it confusing to navigate and understand where to go. It takes some time to get used to, and I think a simpler and more guided layout would make the experience much better for beginners. No major complaints, it serves our needs and has lots of options available. You pay for what you need and don't pay for what you don't, and it has support for multiple companies/EINs on one account. Pros Easy to use, flexible, great support, allows for multiple companies (EINs) under one license. Cons UI can be confusing sometimes. There's been a few hiccups with Rippling not properly reporting taxes to state governments. Alternatives considered [TriNet](https://www.capterra.com/p/192254/TriNet/) Reason for choosing Rippling Rippling had support for multiple EINs. TriNet had worse support that required multiple accounts, and they didn't give us a good enough price discount to lure us away from Rippling. Review Source Diego M. Software developer Program Development Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "The best HR tool to manage your contract" March 7, 2025 5.0 I love the way I can track the payment process, also I can differs the payment in more than one bank account in the percentage I want and I can change those parameters anytime, its great because this kind of changes can be difficult if you need to talk with someone in the HR department and I don´t like to rush with this kind of requests. Pros Its the best HR platform that I ever used, I can got all the control of my contract without need to talk with my immediate manager, that's reduce the time to solve or track issues. Is so intuitive, all the tools al correctly arranged and I find what I need quickly. Also all the forms and filters are so clear, you can get many information with a good granularity in terms of time, amount value or alphabetical order, that's apply for your time reports, payment fees, off-time reports, contracts, so on. Cons I mention the UI is so intuitive, but sometimes are many options so you don't know what can works better for you, so are a curve of learn that you need to complete in order to take advantage from this tool. Pros I believe it is a decent system for time management and benefits tracking. It is a very extensive time and attendance system which I prefer overall. Cons I think the overall transition from our previous time management system was not completely smooth, however Rippling is an enjoyable system for the most part. The site itself loads slowly at times causing delays in clocking in or out. This has been by far the best site for payroll especially for international contractors. Pros It's user friendly. Everything in the site is very easy to manage. All of my payroll, time out requests and even org charts are placed there. Cons The only thing I can think of is I am having troubling accessing it through my phone. It won't let me log in. It is also easy for onboarding. Cons There are some issues, but very minimal. Rippling doesn't offer as many features as Paycom did, but it is so much easier to use. Cons Rippling has some system limitations that affect how we previously administered Benefits, but they are not shortfalls. The limitations we have come across have forced us to get creative and leverage the system in a new way.
