Overall for the past three years I have throughly enjoyed Rippling. It has been very helpful with keeping track on my PTO and Health Benefits. And most importantly my paystubs are easily accessible.

Pros

The ability to monitor my health benefits and FSA benefits. It allows easy access to be able to see everything.

Cons

Constantly having updates. It’s like there is a new update or something to update once a week and it gets frustrating

My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and centralizes HR, IT, and payroll into one system. While it took a few uses to get fully comfortable at first, it quickly became easy to navigate, and its automation has made daily tasks much more efficient.

I like most that Rippling centralizes HR, IT, and payroll in one platform. It is very user-friendly, and its automation makes onboarding, offboarding, and managing devices much easier and more efficient.

Cons

Nothing in particular; the platform is smooth and user-friendly. It took a few tries to get fully comfortable at first, but now it’s easy to use.

Easy to use, intuitive and the support is first class!!!

Pros

As an HR Generalist, Rippling has revolutionized the way I work and manage our business. It has reduced the basic rate of "human error", increased and streamlined all onboarding procedures from first step to last, improved our overall compliance in both the fields of Accounting and Human Resource. It has given our employees an all-in-one platform where they have agency to regulate their benefits, understand their wages, easily make changes during QLE's and give them the confidence to understand their benefits, equity shares, offers and payroll. Rippling integrates into Culture Amp (our Employee Engagement software) and SLACK - But the ease of use and ease of implementation is what I like most.

Cons

Rippling needs to help foreshadow possible issues and help educate their admins so they can stop problems before they start.

### "Great app with some bugs recently"

It has been great up until the last few months when the app stopped working well.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Easy to make changes to w4 and get paystubs etc. I also like the attractive design.

Cons

The app freezes every time I try to use it. This has been happening for the last few months.

It has been amazing since the first day, I just had an issue with the validation of my bank information, but once it was resolved, everything worked out smoothly.

Pros

It’s a very intuitive interface, even tho the web version is easier to use than the app. It helps me with my payment, vacation requests, my business card…

Cons

The app does not allow you to transfer your salary to your account, you have to do it online on the web version.

Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!

I very much enjoy using Rippling as an employee since it makes time off, pay stubs, and organizational charts straightforward, simple and easy to access.

Pros

Rippling has a clean user interface and strong, wide feature set that handles all of my HR needs as an employee at my company.

Cons

The on boarding experience was not memorable, though the user interface makes it easy to learn independently. There is no "dark mode" setting.

Rippling has been a great investment for our company. It has not only helped increase the velocity of our processes, but it has also helped ensure that we have complete documentation in our employee files. Below are some areas where we have had tremendous value: - We do a weekly payroll and each week the payroll journal entry is automatically recorded in QuickBooks Online. This has saved time from our previous system where this was done manually. - We used to have all of our onboarding documents printed out and completed by the employee. Now all onboarding documents are completed by the employee in advance of the employee's start date. - We have pre established workflows set up in Rippling that help ensure that all tasks are completed by the appropriate staff members in advance of the staff members first day. - Time off requests were previously submitted via paper and they are now submitted via the Rippling app. The employee's supervisor is responsible for approving time off requests. - We use the Rippling spend app to deploy company credit cards to our team members. Team members now receive a text message after they complete a card transaction. The team member will then text back a picture of the receipt and respond with the memo for the transaction. This has saved our team members a great deal of time, and has lead to an increase in timely and accurate expense reporting. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our investment in Rippling!

Pros

Rippling has allowed our company to be much more efficient with our onboarding and offboarding processes. We now have workflows set up in Rippling that assign tasks to different team members as part of the onboarding and offboarding process. This has helped keep our team more organized and allowed them to be more efficient. We have also been able to eliminate a lot of paper processes by moving onto Rippling. All of our onboarding documents are now completed electronically, which includes the I-9. In addition, all time off requests are submitted through Rippling as opposed to a paper time off requests with our previous system. We also recently went made an investment in the Rippling spend app. We are very pleased with how well this has worked out for our company. Our administrative time has decreased significantly and we have better visibility into credit card transactions that are made by our card holders. Overall, Rippling has been a great investment. It has allowed us to move towards a fully remote work environment. Our documentation is much stronger and stored in one central repository.

Cons

I really can't speak to any specific areas of Rippling that have been problematic for our team.

Rippling had a stronger bend towards technology. It offers integration with several apps and we felt like it would be the stronger product to go with in the long haul. We also felt strongly after the product demos that we had that Rippling had the items that were critical to help accomplish the vision of where we wanted to go.

Pros

It is very user friendly and handles all of our payroll/HR/benefit needs. All of our people are able to use it on day 1.

Cons

The app has been very buggy lately. We have had issues where it takes forever to load and employees aren't able to clock in or out because it's just spinning.

For a fast-moving AI company, having a portal that actually feels modern—rather than a clunky legacy HR system—is a massive win for the employee experience.

Pros

The biggest "pro" for any Prezent.ai team member is the seamless automation. Rippling excels at being the "silent partner" in your workflow. The Single Sign-On (SSO) dashboard is a lifesaver.

Cons

Nothing as of now everything is working smoothly the attendance part and the at leave management tab is need to improve a little bit

I like the user interface and integrations with benefits providers like HSA, FSA, health insurance, dental, etc.

Cons

I don't have much to say negatively about Rippling -- I like it overall. I'd say the FSA doesn't need to be displayed if you use an HSA.

The reports are not the best. However, I really like most features for example the payroll, time and attendance just to name a few

I like the Implementation team. They did a great job by understanding our needs and tailoring the software to accommodate the needs

Cons

The customer services is not as great as my expectation thought it would be. They take a might long time to resolve what I consider a simple issue

Pros

I love how accessible it is and how easy it is to work around it. You can clock in and out via your phone and you can adjust break times as well.

Cons

Rippling doesn't really have much that I don't like. I would say the only thing that I least like about Rippling would be some of the layouts.

I use Rippling every day for myself and my team. I manage the team easily by the many features it offers.

Pros

Rippling has everything! I am able to manage time off, demographic information, pay, time cards, insurance, and manage signed documents. It is amazing!

Cons

The only thing I have found lacking is the inability to see whether someone is off for PTO if they are not on my team or my direct report. I cannot see when someone else is clocked in or not.

Rippling is a good platform and I like it more than past tools I've used, like UltiPro. It's clean and easy to get in, and the mobile view is responsive and quick.

Pros

Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.

Cons

I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.
