Pros How easy it is to use to navigate to all the available options. I also like that all of my tasks are shown on the main screen. Cons I am a fairly new user and I have not encountered any bugs as of yet. I do wish I had the option of taking learning classes without having to be assigned them. It’s rare to find a tool that handles HR, IT, and Finance so cohesively. It has simplified our operations and allowed us to focus more on people and less on paperwork. Pros High value product at an affordable cost. Rippling is a great all in one HR solution that just makes things easy. The RPass feature is especially great. Cons There’s not much to dislike, but I’d say a bit more customization or flexibility in certain features would be nice. It is easy to find my paystubs, my w-2 forms and if I needed to change my tax information I can do so without any issues. Pros This app is extremely easy to use. I am using it currently at my place of business for my payroll. Geart customer support as well. Cons Sometimes it takes long for the punch clock to load up so I can sign in. It also helps keep track of who reports to who, so organisation charts and approvals are always accurate. Even when a reporting manager changes it only has to be changed in one place and that reflects in other places. Before this, we had to use a bunch of different tools to get these things done, but now it’s all in one place and way easier to manage. Pros Rippling is convenient and efficient in managing my day to day activities in a smooth manner. It was integrated into my work laptop with great ease on the first day I had joined. The expense management and leave and absence management reduces a lot of burden and allows me to focus in my other important tasks. overall I use it daily and its ease of implementation and use is what attracted me to it which has helped me save time and work more efficiently. Cons Theres isn't a lot to dislike about Rippling but sometimes I feel the lack of a chat bot to solve my FAQs and other such queries. Adding this feature would be making it more interactive and would further enhance my working capabilities and efficiency. Customising and multi lingual support for this would also be great.
