The dashboard makes it easy to navigate and obtain information you need quickly. This makes it a great experience! Pros I used Rippling frequently for my health savings account and flex daycare account. The daycare provide doesn't allow use of the card, but Rippling makes it easy to submit claims online and get paid timely. Their process is fast and easy to get reimbursed for your healthcare expenses and daycare expenses. Cons If there is an issue, I believe we need to contact our HR first. I love how I can easily access my payroll information, check benefits, and manage PTO all in one place. Everything is streamlined, and the layout is clean and easy to navigate. Pros All in on platform, that saves a ton of time compared to juggling multiole disconnected tools. Modern clean interface, integration between HR + IT. Cons What i like the least is the lack of transparency in pricing. It can get expensive quickly once you start adding modules, and it isnt always clear upfront whats included and what an add on. Everything has been easy to access and simple to use.. Pros What I like most about ripping is that it's easy to use and easy to navigate. The site design is not all over the place and it's not hard to find any tool within the site that you need to use such as benefits or logging hours. There is an AI assistant that is very helpful. The site is not complicated in where you can't find what you're looking for. Everything is very straightforward and direct. Cons There's nothing that I dislike about Rippling. It's an amazing solution for compliant, public companies. Pros The Org chart is undoubtedly the best feature so manage all employees and see who works under who. Also the clean UI makes easy to navigate through the sections. It's easy to setup my direct deposit and control all employees payments. Cons The lack of support to manage Linux devices, as some developers had to migrate to either Windows or MacOS to be fully supported. Riplling is user friendly. Pros It really saves my time when it comes to login. It's actually hard for me to remember every email and password so it resolves this issue by letting me in to all the apps from one place. The ease of use allows me to use the dashboard and adjust settings and customization quick. I love the feature to adjust distribution from your direct deposit profile into each of the different accounts. I adjusted that quite a bit when I first moved to Florida Pros Its easy and simple to use, it helps keep all of my work projects and activities organized but my favorite feature is the ease of viewing for the pay stubs. I've never had an organization or product that shows paystubs in such a comprehensive way. Cons I noticed there can tend to be a disconnect between management in companies, and Rippling when it comes to individual time off policies, corporate time off policies and the system Rippling has to offer. My favorite feature is probably the org chart. It's so handy to be able to reference that when needed. Pros I love the gorgeous user interface. It makes me smile every time I log in. I also love that so much of the information I need on a daily basis can be found in one place. Cons I would love if the "time" category was a little more intuitive. Pros I like the product quality, stability, easy of use and features this product provide. Also the mobile app is really helpful. Their support team is amazing and very approachable.
