November 10, 2025 5.0 Overall it has helped me to be the most effective when clocking in and out, as well as knowing when I am up to date with anything I need to do. Pros How everything is so well organized. Even when I joined the company I work for now and began using rippling I was easily able to find where things were given a quick search through it all. Being able to use it on the laptop or my phone has helped as well. I also have not had any glitches in the time I've been using it which has been just under 6 months. Cons The phone version is a little more confusing since it doesn't have such a wide layout. So at first it can be a little difficult to see exactly where you need to go. Review Source kI kim I. The ease in which you can complete task is great., Pros The ease of use. The training is a lot easier to find and complete in rippling. I get updates instantly. Pros All in one App. Allows you to submit changes to your time etc. It had been a game changer for tracking my teams time and even time off. Cons No real issues. I have had some issues with connectivity but that has been solved. Pros With Rippling it is so easy to request time off, see the breakdown of your paycheck, and move how much of your money goes to what account before payroll. Cons Getting the years of old PTO requests off the screen. It would be nice if there was a way to remove the older requests from the screen. I used it to manage the onbaording, pay scales and documents for 22 employees across three departments Pros Rippling is very helpful for organizing secure onboarding documents in one place, automating steps for onboarding new employees and holding personal documents and managing pay information for various employees. I thoroughly enjoy the payroll layout as well. We also used the employee reviews feature and it was quite easy to use. Cons The auto-save progress feature doesn't seem to work all the time. I'd like the employee time-off calendar to be more accessible while filling out my own. The notifications are sometimes hidden or take a while to show up. Pros very easy to manage employees and organisation structure in there. Employee payroll is automated on given dates and the amount gets credited. The leave management is easy and well reported and the documnets are well visible to the employee. Cons The KYC process takes a bit and the customer support gets back after a day to inform that the KYC has failed which is frustating for my employees. I have to cater and make them understand in real time, would be great if Rippling shows error on spot.
