Software should not have $14/user just to access your own data on their API. Or $9/user to use the integrations you tout as a "feature". Even though for my company the costs were marginal I just got tired of having to sign new contracts and have what I was originally quoted double for no added value. Pros Their onboarding team did an excellent job keeping in touch and keeping things moving. Implementation is a strong suite with this company for sure. Cons Numerous additional costs that just don't make sense. It feels like nickel and diming you every step of the way. Software Manager Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "One stop shop for employees" November 26, 2024 5.0 We use Rippling to manage time off, learning management, approvals, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, work surveys, review cycles, benefits, and pay, among other things. It is so nice to have a consolidated hr solution that has all of the above mentioned features, and more. For employees, it is so easy to keep track of everything hr related, whether via the web or their mobile app. Their app/website is intuitive and makes it easy to find the information you need, as well as to complete actions like surveys, trainings, signing documents, etc.  I was personally onboarded using Rippling, and it was a very seamless experience, uploading necessary documents, signing documents, and tracking progress along the way. And then it is the same system that tracks everything hr related for me. A nice one stop shop. Pros \- Employee onboarding was fully digital/remote and very seamless - Integration with learning management systems, like for harassment prevention training, was nice and easy to complete. - Managing pay and benefits from the employee perspective is very intuitive. - Review cycles are also a nice feature to formalize employee/management reviews and cadences. Cons In performance reviews, after that review cycle was done, I did get lost once trying to find the completed reviews. I eventually found it, but that UI wasn't as intuitive as the rest of the experience in Rippling. Review Source BS Breanna S. More than other systems I've used in the past. Easy to navigate. Pros There is an App you can download in the app store, it is very easy to navigate and access. User friendly. In the beginning I didn't like it very much as I was used to using similar software (such as Workday) that's already very seamless, customizable, and easy to use. Now, I have to say, that Rippling is quite easy to use & I love that everything can be done from my phone as well as computer. Pros After the last update, Rippling seems to be much more seamless and user friendly! The app is very convenient as well! :) Cons When I first started using Rippling in 2023, I wasn't a huge fan due to it not being super user friendly. I can view pay roll dates and expectations, and customer support has been great to work with when necessary. Cons There is a difficulty when it comes to time sheets and approving them. Other than not being mobile friendly, I love the ease of accessibility. Pros Rippling is very easy to use for time off, and managing my paycheck. I also like that all my benefits are in one location for quick access. Cons The only thing I could say I dislike about Rippling is that is not mobile friendly. It must be accessed from the web. It’s clean, user-friendly, and makes everything from payroll to time-off tracking way more efficient. While there’s always room for small improvements, it’s one of the better HR platforms I’ve used. Pros Rippling makes managing HR tasks incredibly simple by housing everything—onboarding, PTO, training, and more—in one centralized, intuitive platform. I especially like how easy it is to request and approve time off, complete assigned trainings, and navigate employee records without any confusion. Cons I wish the PTO section had a monthly calendar view, similar to Google Calendar, that displayed all team members' time off in one glance. This would make it easier to plan meetings and deadlines around people’s availability. Pros It is very easy to use and navigate both the app and the website. It is easy to find all documents I need to reference from HR including Tax forms, employee handbooks, offers, etc. Cons Some of the benefits pages are very different on the website vs the app. On the website I can navigate to the HSA account and on the app I can't. We log in/ log out on this tool, we can see our company mission, vision, and philosophies, we can see our org chart and it has our payroll. Pros I love to use rippling as it is very user friendly, it can be access through phone, tablet, laptop and PC, and it holds most information about our company. Pros Onboarding experience was smooth and easy to use for training and information submission. Coworker information such as location and PTO are easily available but sensitive information is redacted for employee privacy. Mobile app is good. Cons PTO calendar exports as a large list of events rather than a shared calendar I can turn on/off, so it pollutes my personal calendar and does not update when people make new PTO requests. August 30, 2025 4.0 My overall experience with Rippling has been good. It is easy to use and keeps all HR tasks in one place. I can request time off, and fill reviews quickly. It saves time and makes work simple. Pros I really like how Rippling makes HR work easier. We use it for tracking the attendance and apply for time off , as previously it used to be completely manual process but now which is very simple and clear. Cons I don’t like that I have to log in every time I use Rippling on my phone. It would be much easier if the app stayed logged in. This makes it slow and a bit hard to quickly check things.
