### "MAKING WORK EASIER WITH RIPPLING"

June 20, 2026

5.0

The time-tracking feature is one of my favorites because it shows my exact login and logout times, making it easy to keep track of my hours. Applying for vacation or sick leave is also very convenient since I can immediately see my available PTO balance and submit my request directly through the system without having to send multiple emails. I also appreciate that it provides holiday information for my country, as well as details like my hourly rate. Another feature I find useful is the employee directory and organizational chart. Since I mainly work within my own department, it's nice to be able to see the different teams across the company and learn more about the people I work with. Overall, Rippling has made many work-related tasks simpler and more organized, which helps make my day-to-day work smoother.

Pros

Rippling has made my work experience a lot easier and more convenient. I really like how user-friendly it is and how everything I need is available in one place.

Cons

I can't think of any, so far all the tools Im using within rippling have been very very useful on my day to day tasks.

### "Efficient All-in-One Platform for HR and Payroll Management"

May 14, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Rippling has been positive. The platform is efficient, easy to use once familiarized, and helpful in managing HR, payroll, and employee-related tasks in one place. Its automation and centralized system improved workflow and saved time, although some advanced features required a bit of adjustment in the beginning.

Pros

What I liked most about Rippling was how it centralized HR, payroll, benefits, and IT management into one platform. The automation features helped streamline repetitive tasks, improved efficiency, and made employee management much more organized and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Rippling was that some features can feel overwhelming at first because of the platform’s wide range of tools and settings. There can also be a learning curve for new users when navigating more advanced functions.

### "A Powerful All-in-One Platform for HR and Payroll Management"

June 11, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive. The platform has helped simplify and streamline many of our workforce management processes by bringing HR, payroll, onboarding, employee management, and other administrative functions into a single system. This has reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, and made day-to-day operations more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped both administrators and employees adopt the platform quickly. Payroll processing and employee onboarding have become much more streamlined through automation, saving valuable time for our team. Whenever support was needed, the customer service team was responsive and helpful in resolving issues. Additionally, Rippling continues to enhance the platform through regular updates and new features, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the user experience. Overall, it has been a reliable and valuable solution that has positively impacted our operational efficiency and employee experience.

Pros

What I like most about Rippling is how it brings multiple workforce management functions together in a single platform. Instead of managing separate systems for HR, payroll, onboarding, employee records, and IT-related tasks, everything is centralised and easy to access. The platform is intuitive, which makes it easy for both administrators and employees to navigate without extensive training. Rippling has also helped streamline employee onboarding and payroll processes through automation, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. The customer support team has been responsive whenever assistance was needed, and the platform regularly introduces updates and enhancements that continue to improve the user experience. Overall, Rippling provides strong value for money by helping organisations save time, improve operational efficiency, and scale their people operations more effectively.

Cons

While my overall experience with Rippling has been very positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced configurations and workflows can take time to understand during the initial setup, especially for organisations with complex requirements. Additionally, while the platform is updated regularly with new features and enhancements, it can sometimes take users a little time to adapt to interface changes or newly introduced functionality. These have been relatively minor challenges, and they have not significantly impacted our overall experience with the platform.

[Keka](https://www.capterra.com/p/149253/Keka/)

We switched from Keka because we were looking for a more comprehensive platform that could handle a broader range of workforce management needs within a single system. While Keka worked well for core HR and payroll functions, Rippling offered additional capabilities such as employee lifecycle automation, IT management, onboarding workflows, and deeper system integrations. Rippling's ability to centralise HR, payroll, employee data, and operational processes helped reduce the need for multiple tools and manual coordination between systems. We also found the automation features and scalability to be better suited for our evolving business requirements. Overall, the move was driven by the need for greater efficiency, improved process automation, and a more unified employee management experience.

### "Simplifying HR and Payroll Operations"

June 11, 2026

5.0

"Overall, my experience with Rippling has been positive. The platform simplifies many day-to-day HR and workforce management tasks by keeping everything centralized and easy to access. Features like employee management, payroll, time tracking, and onboarding work well together, helping reduce administrative effort and improve efficiency. While there can be a learning curve with some advanced features, the overall usability and automation capabilities make it a valuable tool for managing people operations.

Pros

What I liked most about Rippling is how it brings multiple HR and workforce management functions into a single platform. Managing employee information, time tracking, leave requests, payroll, and onboarding becomes much easier because everything is connected. The interface is intuitive, automation helps reduce repetitive manual work, and it saves a significant amount of time for both managers and employees.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Rippling is that some of the advanced features can take time to learn and configure properly, especially for new users. While the platform is powerful, navigating certain settings or workflows can occasionally feel overwhelming, and some customizations may require additional guidance or support to set up effectively.

### "Convenient platform for managing HR, payroll, and employee onboarding"

May 10, 2026

4.0

Overall, our experience with Rippling has been positive. It made HR operations more organized and reduced the amount of repetitive admin work for both HR and IT teams. The platform is reliable for daily use, and employees found the self-service options simple enough without needing much support. There are still a few areas that could improve, mainly around advanced reporting and pricing flexibility, but overall it has been a strong solution for managing employee operations in one place.

Pros

Rippling helped us reduce a lot of manual HR work by keeping employee onboarding, payroll, device management, and basic IT tasks in one platform. The onboarding workflow is one of the best parts because new hires can complete documents, payroll setup, and account access without multiple follow-ups from HR. The interface is modern and easy to navigate compared to older HR systems we used before. Automation features also save time, especially for recurring tasks like employee status updates, approvals, and payroll processing. We also liked the integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom because they simplified user access management. From a value-for-money perspective, it worked well for us since we did not need separate systems for every HR and IT function.

Cons

Some advanced workflows and settings take time to fully understand during initial setup, so there is a bit of a learning curve for admins. Reporting is good overall, but customizing reports for very specific requirements can sometimes feel limited. Customer support has generally been helpful, but response times occasionally vary depending on the issue priority. Pricing can also increase quickly when adding multiple modules.

We switched because we needed a platform that could handle HR, payroll, onboarding, and basic IT management in one system instead of using separate tools for different processes. greytHR worked well for core HR tasks, but as the team grew, managing onboarding workflows, employee access, and integrations became more manual. Rippling helped centralize these operations and reduced the amount of coordination required between HR and IT teams. The automation features and integrations were also better suited for our workflow, especially for onboarding and employee account management.

### "Great User Experience, Strong Support, and Continuous Innovation"

June 1, 2026

4.0

Overall, Rippling has been a great all-in-one platform that significantly streamlines end-to-end HR. The platform is robust, easy to use, and continuously improving. Most importantly, Rippling's customer support is by far the best I've experienced compared to other HRIS providers.

Pros

Rippling's intuitive UI/UX. The platform is easy to navigate, which makes managing HR processes much more efficient. Their customer support is also exceptional. One standout feature is the ability to hop on a live Zoom call with a support agent who can walk you through issues in real time when you feel stuck. Having payroll, HR, compliance, performance management, device management, and employee records all in one platform is incredibly convenient and helps streamline day-to-day operations.

Cons

Like any tech platform, there's always room for improvement as features and integrations continue to evolve. The Workflow Studio and Recruiting app could be more user-friendly and offer greater customization. Workflow Studio has a learning curve, and additional training resources, updated articles, or courses would help users get up to speed more quickly. The Recruiting app is somewhat limited in terms of customization. For example, the hiring pipeline and interview plans require five stages, whereas our process only includes an application review, a final interview, and an offer stage. More flexibility in configuring recruiting workflows would make the tool more adaptable to different hiring processes.

### "Smooth Overall Experience with Room for Better Navigation"

May 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been positive. It simplifies most HR tasks by bringing everything into one place, making it easy to manage holidays, personal information, and requests. However, there is still room for improvement in certain areas, such as making document requests more accessible. Despite this, the platform is user-friendly and efficient for day-to-day HR activities.

Pros

Rippling is a great platform as it centralizes most HR tasks in one place, making management simple and efficient. It allows employees to easily track and manage holidays, access personal information, and handle requests without hassle. Additionally, the portal makes it convenient to request required documents anytime, improving overall productivity and transparency.

Cons

One drawback I noticed while using Rippling is that requesting official documents is not very straightforward. For example, there is no direct link or dedicated section to quickly request an employment verification letter. Instead, the process requires going through the chat or support system, which adds unnecessary steps and takes extra time. This can be inconvenient, especially when the document is needed urgently, and a more direct option would improve the experience.

### "Great HR Management tool"

May 11, 2026

5.0

I have experience using HR Management tools, and some have been kind of dull. When I started using Rippling, it felt natural and efficient.

Pros

I like how easy it is to keep track of your team's attendance, PTOs, vacation days, and one-on-one sessions. There are rarely any issues with the page; I have never seen it crash. The IA it uses to assist you with concerns works great, so no customer support issues there. We get the time logged in from there, and we have never had any issues with payroll or time reported. I cannot speak of "Value for Money" or "Setup" since I am not in charge of those.

Cons

If you are new, it takes a little time to get used to it. Also, it does not let you save your own favorite pages. Other than that, I think it works great.

### "Easy Setup and User-Friendly Experience with Rippling"

May 14, 2026

5.0

Setting up our Rippling account was surprisingly fast and straightforward. The onboarding process is well organized, with clear step-by-step guidance that made it easy to add employees, configure payroll, and connect benefits without needing extensive support. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even team members with limited HR or payroll experience were able to navigate it confidently. Day-to-day tasks like managing time off, onboarding new hires, and running payroll are streamlined and efficient. Overall, Rippling has been very user-friendly and has simplified a lot of administrative work for our team.

Pros

What we like most about Rippling is how it brings payroll, HR, benefits, onboarding, and device management together in one easy-to-use platform. The automation features save a significant amount of time by reducing manual tasks, and the system is intuitive enough that employees and administrators can quickly learn how to use it. We also appreciate how seamless onboarding and employee management are, making day-to-day operations much more efficient.

Cons

What we like least about Rippling is that some of the more advanced features can take time to fully learn, especially when customizing workflows or settings. While the platform is generally intuitive, there can be a slight learning curve when exploring all of its capabilities.

We made the switch from Paycom because we were looking for a smoother overall experience and more responsive support. While Paycom offers a strong set of HR and payroll tools, we found that getting timely help and resolving issues wasn’t always as efficient as we needed. We also wanted a more intuitive platform that made day-to-day tasks easier for both employees and administrators. Moving to Rippling gave us a more streamlined system with better usability and faster access to support when questions come up.

### "Comprehensive Workforce Management Platform with Excellent Automation, Integrations, and Payroll Processing"

June 11, 2026

5.0

Pros

My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive, as it provides a centralized cloud-based platform that effectively combines HR, payroll, IT, compliance, and security operations. The platform's API integration capabilities enable seamless connectivity with internal and third-party systems, helping automate workflows and reduce manual effort. From a regulatory compliance perspective, it offers strong governance through audit trails, policy enforcement, and automated processes that support compliance requirements. Rippling also demonstrates a solid cybersecurity foundation with features such as role-based access controls, SSO, MFA, and comprehensive audit logging, helping protect sensitive employee and payroll data. Its cloud application management capabilities simplify employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning, while the payroll processing functionality streamlines payroll execution through automated calculations, tax handling, and data synchronization. Overall, Rippling has improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, security, and workforce management across our organization.

### "Finally, an HR platform that doesn't make me want to flip my desk"

June 10, 2026

5.0

We've been using Rippling for about a year now and the honest summary is: it does what it promises, but you have to put in the work upfront to get there. The consolidation of HR, IT, and payroll in one place has made our ops significantly leaner. Things that required coordination between two or three people now just happen. I don't think about payroll runs anymore - they go out, they're accurate, and nobody emails me about them. That alone is worth a lot. Would recommend it to any company that's hit the point where duct-taping multiple HR tools together is starting to hurt.

Pros

The thing that genuinely surprised me about Rippling is how much it replaced. Before, we had separate tools for payroll, device management, benefits, and onboarding — and someone on the team was always manually syncing data between them. Rippling killed that entirely. When we hire someone now, one workflow handles their payroll setup, app access, and equipment provisioning at the same time. That's not a small thing. For a team our size, that used to eat up a solid chunk of someone's week. The reporting is also better than I expected - I can actually pull the data I need without waiting on someone else to run it.

Cons

The learning curve at the start is real. There's a lot of functionality packed in, and it's not always obvious where to find things or in what order to set them up. We had a few hiccups during implementation where things weren't configured exactly right and it caused some back-and-forth with support. Once you're through that initial setup phase it runs smoothly, but I'd be lying if I said onboarding the platform itself was painless. Also, for smaller teams the pricing can feel steep - you're paying for capabilities you might not fully use for a while.

### "Rippling is the GO TO Solution!"

July 24, 2026

5.0

I feel the value is off the charts for what you get. Customer support is at your fingers if you ever run into any issues. Also the payroll and paystubs are super easy to find and use. Rippling is a great platform that checks all the boxes.

Pros

What I like most about rippling is how easy it is to use. It is super easy to navigate and easy to set up. I've never had an issue with it and I constantly have good things to say. There are no bugs or issues. I also am able to update it easily.

Cons

I've really never had anything thats bothered me about rippling. Sometimes it can be slow with showing other employees in the employee tree. Or PTO can be a little slow to load a times.

### "Seamless Global Payroll: A Contractor's Perspective on Rippling"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been excellent. It removes the administrative headache of being an international contractor. I don't have to worry about whether my hours are logged correctly or how the currency exchange will be handled: Rippling just takes care of it. While the security settings can be a bit sensitive, the reliability of the platform and the ease of use far outweigh that minor inconvenience. It feels like a modern tool designed for the modern, global workforce.

Pros

The standout feature of Rippling is how it simplifies the complexity of international payments. As a contractor, the "hands-off" approach to currency conversion is a lifesaver. The platform handles the transition of payments into Euros flawlessly, ensuring that what I see on my schedule is precisely what arrives in my account without hidden complications. Additionally, the user interface is exceptionally well-structured. Unlike other legacy HR systems that feel cluttered, Rippling offers a clean, intuitive experience where my schedules and payroll history are always easy to find. It’s a powerful "all-in-one" hub that bridges the gap between time management and global compensation perfectly.

Cons

The only significant drawback is the aggressive 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) and session timeout policy. Security is important, but the current configuration is a bit overzealous. There are times when the web platform logs me out after just five minutes of inactivity, requiring a fresh login and a new security code. It would be a massive improvement if Rippling allowed for "Recognized/Trusted Devices" to extend session lengths. Having to reauthenticate multiple times during a single workday feels redundant and interrupts the workflow. PS: I have to say that this seems to have improved in recent weeks!

### "Solid All-In-One HR Platform"

April 25, 2026

5.0

Rippling has been one of the more pleasant surprises in our vendor stack. We're a small consulting firm (sub-15 FTEs) running a PEO setup, and it handles payroll, benefits, and device management in one place without making me feel like I need a certification to use it. Onboarding new hires is fast. Benefits enrollment is clean. The fact that it connects to our other systems without a lot of manual intervention is genuinely valuable.

Pros

The unified platform. I don't have to toggle between five tools to onboard someone, assign a laptop, enroll them in benefits, and run payroll. It's all there, and it mostly just works. The PEO structure also gave us access to Aetna health plans we wouldn't have been able to negotiate on our own as a small employer. That alone was worth it.

Cons

The support experience can be inconsistent. When something's simple, the documentation is fine. When something's complex, like state-specific employer registration or mid-year benefit changes, you can end up in a loop between chat support and figuring it out on your own.

### "The 1 2 3 of rippling"

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been very positive. It’s a fast, straightforward platform that makes daily tasks easy to manage, with a clear organizational chart and efficient tools that truly feel worth the monthly cost. It also stands out for its responsive customer support, quickly resolving issues when they come up. While it could improve by offering more customization and reducing dependency on managers for certain changes, it remains a reliable and effective solution for HR management.

Pros

I’ve been using Rippling at work, and I’ve had a really great experience with it. What I like the most is how fast and straightforward the platform is. You don’t have to waste time navigating complicated menus—everything is well organized and easy to use from the start. I also really appreciate the clear organizational chart, which makes it simple to understand the team structure and quickly find anyone in the company. On top of that, it truly feels like it’s worth every dollar paid each month. Our HR team also uses it to manage and assign our salaries, which makes everything more transparent and organized. Another big plus is their customer support. Whenever we’ve had issues with the platform, they’ve responded quickly and worked efficiently on bugs or errors. For example, they once resolved a login issue in less than 2 hours, which really shows how responsive and reliable they are. Overall, it’s a very efficient tool that makes day-to-day HR management much easier.

Cons

That said, one area for improvement would be customization. The platform doesn’t allow much flexibility to personalize certain features, and in many cases, it depends on a manager to make changes or updates, which can slow things down.

### "Simple and practical HR platform for everyday employee needs"

April 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with Rippling has been very positive. It makes it much easier to handle the administrative side of work. I use it regularly to track my hours, check my salary payments, and review my benefits. Everything being centralized in one platform saves time and makes it easy to stay organized. The system is reliable and the interface is straightforward, so even routine tasks take just a few seconds.

Pros

What I like most about Rippling is how easy it is to use in day-to-day work. At NextDay I mainly use it to log my hours, check my pay statements, and review my benefits. Having everything in one place makes a big difference. The interface is very clear and simple to navigate, so I can quickly find things like tax documents or salary information without needing to ask HR. For employees, it really simplifies a lot of the administrative side of work.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the visibility around some payroll details. Sometimes I would like to see a clearer breakdown of certain deductions or calculations directly in the platform. It’s not a major issue, but having more transparency in those areas would make the experience even better.

### "Rippling: an Excellent Jack of All Trades in HCM and Business Administration"

April 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, Rippling is a very powerful platform and a massive upgrade from our previous systems. The way it centralizes HR, IT, and benefits is seamless, and our employees love the clean, modern interface for requesting time off and viewing pay stubs. Managing multi-state compliance is a breeze. However, it does have a bit of a learning curve on the admin side, particularly when it comes to building out custom reports or navigating complex policies. Despite those minor quirks, the sheer amount of time it saves us on onboarding and payroll makes it well worth the investment.Customer support is quick and well provided by efficient and well-trained chatbots and a ticketing system. Direct, live phone support can be difficult to reach, but standard employees are completely able to fix their issues by submitting tickets through admins. Customer support in general is excellent.

Pros

Excellent overall experience. Rippling effectively serves as the central hub for all our HR and benefits administration. It’s user-friendly, scales easily with our remote workforce, and automates the tedious administrative tasks that used to eat up our day. It’s easily one of the best software investments our team has made. The platform is incredibly intuitive for our employees to use, and having a single source of truth for everything from address changes to benefits enroll-ment has drastically reduced administrative overhead for our team. Highly recommend it for growing companies.

Cons

Because Rippling handles so much—HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll—the back-end interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming. Admins frequently complain that simple tasks or settings are buried under multiple menus, and configuring highly customised workflows requires a lot of trial and error.

### "We strongly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing Rippling."

March 31, 2026

1.0

We strongly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing Rippling. Our experience has been deeply concerning, especially around payroll accuracy—the most critical function of any HR platform. Rippling recently admitted that a system bug caused employees to be paid overtime and double overtime that they never worked. This was not user error—it was a failure in their payroll calculation logic. We were then instructed to recover those funds from employees, placing the burden and risk on us for a mistake we did not make. This alone is unacceptable. But it’s part of a larger pattern. We have experienced repeated system failures, including: Incorrect, system-generated paychecks during offboarding PTO and time-off miscalculations affecting final wages Broken workflows creating duplicate or unintended payments Benefits enrollment errors leading to compliance risks Severe system delays (up to 45 minutes for basic actions) Support has been equally frustrating. We’ve been passed between teams with no clear ownership or resolution. Issues remain unresolved while operations are disrupted. These are not minor bugs—these are fundamental failures in payroll and compliance. A platform handling employee wages should not operate at what feels like a beta level. While Rippling acknowledged the payroll error and partially covered costs, they refused to take full responsibility, leaving us to manage the consequences with our employees. If payroll accuracy, compliance, and reliability matter to your business, we cannot recommend Rippling. There are better, more stable alternatives available.

Pros

Nothing really.

Cons

It has been a nightmare and encourage others to avoid it. Rippling is the worst payroll we have ever dealt with

### "Seamless and straightforward"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Rippling solves the hassle of having HR information scattered across different places. Instead of dealing with separate systems for payroll, documents, time off, and personal details, everything is centralized in one platform. That makes it much easier to keep track of important information and complete basic tasks without wasting time. For me, the biggest benefit is convenience: it simplifies routine admin work and makes the overall employee experience feel more organized, efficient, and much less frustrating. As a Mental Health Case Manager, that matters because I want to spend as much of my energy as possible focused on my work and the people I support, rather than on administrative tasks. Having one place for these functions makes day-to-day logistics much easier to manage.

Pros

Using Rippling as a Dialogue employee has been a really smooth experience. The platform is easy to navigate, everything is laid out clearly, and it makes routine HR tasks feel quick and uncomplicated. Whether it is checking documents, accessing payroll information, or managing personal details, the process feels intuitive and efficient. It does what you need it to do without creating confusion or extra steps, which I really appreciate. As a Mental Health Case Manager, my workdays can be busy and unpredictable, so having an HR system that is simple and reliable helps a lot. It makes it easy to quickly find what I need without interrupting my workflow. Overall, it is a simple, reliable HR tool that makes the employee side of things feel much more organized.

Cons

One minor downside is that some features can take a little time to find at first, especially things like PTO details or less frequently used settings. I would also mention, in the same regard, that the mobile experience could be a bit more robust. Nothing major, but there is a slight learning curve when you are not using every part of the platform regularly. In my case and my role, I mostly use Rippling for practical HR tasks rather than constantly being in the system, so sometimes I need an extra moment to remember where something is located. That said, once I find what I need, it usually works well.Overall, it has not taken away from the experience for me, but there is definitely a bit of room to make navigation even more intuitive.

### "Comprehensive and User Friendly HR & Payroll Platform"

May 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive. The platform has streamlined many operational and HR processes that previously required multiple systems and manual coordination. Payroll, onboarding, and employee management are all significantly easier to handle through a single interface. The automation capabilities are especially valuable and help reduce repetitive administrative work. Employees also benefit from a clean and user friendly experience. While there have been occasional bugs or learning curves with certain advanced features, the overall reliability and efficiency gains outweigh those issues. Rippling has been a strong investment for improving operational organization and scalability.

Pros

The biggest strength of Rippling is how many employee management functions it consolidates into one platform. Payroll, onboarding, benefits, device management, app provisioning, and HR workflows all work together seamlessly. The automation tools significantly reduce manual work, especially for onboarding and offboarding employees. The user interface is modern and easy to learn, even for nontechnical users. I also appreciated the ability to customize workflows and permissions while maintaining visibility across teams. Reporting capabilities are strong, and the integrations with other software platforms make operations much more efficient. Overall, Rippling creates a streamlined experience for both administrators and employees.

Cons

While Rippling is a powerful platform, there are occasional issues with system performance and certain workflows can feel overly complex when configuring advanced settings. Some features are not always intuitive initially and require extra setup time or support documentation to fully understand. There have also been instances where small bugs or UI inconsistencies created confusion during administrative tasks. Customer support is generally good, but response times can vary depending on the issue. Pricing can also increase quickly as additional modules and features are added. Despite these drawbacks, the platform still delivers significant value and continues to improve over time.

I had a really positive experience with this service. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was the quality of the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, patient, and focused on making sure my needs were handled properly. It is clear they care about delivering a good experience, not just completing a transaction. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and great support.

### "Easy to Use Payroll and All-in-One HR Solution That Saves Time and Effort."

March 19, 2026

5.0

I have had a good experience with Rippling. It has simplified and streamlined the HR and payroll activities. It used to take time to maintain employs and remuneration procedures, but currently it is all automated and streamlined using Rippling. The site aids in enhancing the productivity and minimizes human errors. It is particularly applicable when expanding businesses which would like to have everything under one roof. Some minor issues are overshadowed by much more positive aspects, and it is a sound way of HR and employee management.

Pros

Rippling is an extremely potent and convenient platform to manage staff, payroll and HR functions under a single platform. The most attractive is that it has an all-in-one system in which the HR, IT, and payroll are all linked to each other. This saves a lot of man work and time in the process. The ease of use is excellent. The dashboard is user friendly and requires minimal training even by new users. The employee management can be used to manage employee details, attendance, and performance easily. The system of pay is quick and correct. It also automatically calculates taxes, salaries and deductions which minimizes the mistakes. The other good thing is personalization. I'm able to configure workflows, approvals and work reports depending on the company requirements. The customer care is also responsive and attentive. They make decisions fast and steer in the right direction where necessary. All in all it is highly cost effective since it integrates several tools on one platform.

Cons

The only bad thing about it is that the platform is sometimes confusing at the start due to numerous features. The time dedicated by new users might be necessary to discover it all. In some cases there are minor bugs or slowness in loading particularly with huge data. Besides certain advanced options are costly which might not be favorable to small enterprises that have a low budget. Detailed tutorials or guides should be provided to the beginners to have quicker knowledge of the platform.

### "HORRIBLE - Save yourself the time and headache and DO NOT Purchase"

February 27, 2026

1.0

Simply the WORST tool to have existed in the HRIS or payroll world - specially if using it outside US as well. Although even in the US their payroll was a mess - even now - months later - we are still trying to fix the problems THEY made for THEM! Horrible!

Pros

Nothing at all - worst tool to have existed in history! Please do yourselves a favor and consider ANYTHING but Rippling - RIP pling!

Cons

Rippling is extremely problematic and useless. The system creates issues unimaginable because it's set up in such an odd and illogical way. Everything breaks whenever you try to do anything. While workforce planning isn't so bad, everything else is absolutely horrible. We faced a lot of mistakes with payroll as well that we are still auditing, which has cost us countless hours and a lot of money to fix. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. The setup wasn't easy, even though I wasn't directly involved.

### "Efficient All-in-One HR and Payroll Platform With Strong Automation Features"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been very positive. It’s an excellent all-in-one platform for businesses that want to streamline HR, payroll, IT, and employee management in a single system. The ease of use and automation capabilities provide strong value for money, especially for growing companies looking to reduce administrative overhead. While there are occasional technical hiccups and a learning curve for more advanced features, the platform’s flexibility and time-saving tools outweigh the downsides. I would recommend Rippling to companies that want a scalable and modern workforce management solution.

Pros

Rippling stands out for how much it consolidates into one platform. Payroll, employee management, benefits, device management, app provisioning, and expense tracking are all connected, which saves a lot of administrative time. The interface is modern and intuitive, making onboarding and day-to-day HR tasks straightforward even for non-technical users. Payroll processing is especially efficient, with automation features that reduce manual work and help avoid errors. I also appreciated how customizable the workflows are for onboarding, approvals, and employee changes. The accounting and expense management tools integrate well with other systems and make reimbursements and reporting easier to manage.

Cons

While the platform is powerful, some areas can feel overly complex during setup, especially when configuring integrations or advanced workflows. Pricing can also increase quickly as additional modules are added. Customer support is generally helpful, but response times can vary depending on the issue. Occasionally, there are small bugs or syncing delays between modules, particularly with third-party integrations, which can be frustrating when handling time-sensitive payroll or reporting tasks.
