Pros Being able to manage different tasks in one place: onboarding/offboarding, employee management, local and global payroll, paying suppliers, climate reviews, expenses, reimbursements and a credit card. Cons I think it is too bureaucratic and robust. It takes a very long time to pay our suppliers or employees who are not in the US. Pros Rippling is well organized and there is ease to find topics needed. It was pretty easy to catch on to its flow when I started using it. Cons At first it took me a bit to submit a PTO request, I could not find the create a request button and once I found it I had to figure out how to enter the request, once I figured it out it has been easy. Cons The transition from our MDM provider to theirs was a bit strained. Took months longer than everything else. I love the "tasks" to complete regarding open enrollment and approvals. Cons I think the tables as part of each section could be a little more robust, such as in the time off section or in the benefits section. They are a little bare-bones and it also requires a lot of scrolling to be able to see information at the bottom of the page. Right from setup to onboarding to customer support, it was top notch. I'm able to withdraw my balances very easily. I generally use wire transfer and it also has native Wise account, so it's really easy to withdraw your balance. Pros So the ability to send international payments and receive international payments is the best feature. The withdrawal is very easy for international contractors. The UX again is very simple and the support is top notch. Cons Nothing specific but they had this rule that you can't store USD balance for more than 30 days.
