It allows us to keep track of task, time, and benefits in our workplace environment. I have used a ton of other platforms however (ADP, Paycor, Meraki) and I have to say Rippling is the one that has been most efficient. Cons It's nothing I truly dislike. I will say I wish there was a tool implemented so that I dont have to constantly sign-in on my devices I always use to sign in. Other than that, the platform is gold. It is easy to find my paystubs, my w-2 forms and if I needed to change my tax information I can do so without any issues. Pros This app is extremely easy to use. I am using it currently at my place of business for my payroll. Geart customer support as well. Cons Sometimes it takes long for the punch clock to load up so I can sign in. They're very communicative, and the software runs smoothly. I've never run into any bugs or issues. Cons The interface can be a little confusing sometimes and I don't always know where what I'm looking for lives. I need to reference the emails I was sent in that case. Pros It has helped a lot with schedule management, time managing and time off requests, also offering the proper follow up and making sure that the information on worked hours are correct for payments to be made correctly. Payroll, PTO requests, leaves, and reimbursements could be easily managed and tracked. Cons Sometimes it's unclear who to contact for issues/bugs/certain requests within the platform. In the event I need to connect with support, that's very easy to set up. Recent example, it was alot easier to get my 2025 W2 from Rippling than it was from another provider at a previous company. Pros Ease of you for logging in, tracking payments, and I like the notifications for payments coming through. Overall the UI is very solid Cons None. I like it, best payroll tool I've used over the last decade. Compared to other tools, I find it easier to log into their website and quick identify information I'm tracking down.
