It has been a breeze switching over to the platform. From basic functions like timekeeping, to more layered applications such as payroll and income distribution elections, the rippling dashboard has so far proven to be efficient, clean, and easy to navigate.

Pros

I liked the seamless integration of the software for my company's timekeep, payroll, HR and training functions.

Cons

We have only been using the product for a few weeks, but so far I have not found anything to complain about.

Cons

Occasionally, it’s hard to find certain information in the dashboard, like past paystubs or benefit details. The navigation could be a bit clearer and more consistent across modules.

is awesome. As a longtime user of ADP dabbling in Gusto, Ripplimg is miles better than the rest!!

Pros

I love how intuitive it is and binding of all employee related services. It is so easy to learn for newcomers and I log in at the beginning of each day.

Cons

Nothing, is pretty much perfect!! From starting my journey and onboarding to years in, Rippling is the most useful platform.

It was a seamless transition for us once we learned the basics. When we did run into issues, customer support was always able to help us with a quick turnaround.

Pros

I like 's Single Sign On feature. I also enjoy being able to stay logged in without needing to sign in each time I access Rippling.

Cons

At first, some of the UI and tab navigation can be difficult to identify. On the screen itself, sometimes the options get buried within the color scheme.

Amazing experience, it's saving me a lot of time for boring bureaucratic chores, making it almost effortless.

Pros

Easy to use, super efficient, it saves me a ton of time for all bureaucratic tasks I have to do for the company. Training is very straightforward, and reimbursement requests are almost automatic.

Cons

I guess it could be easier to find my pending tasks. But overall the experience is amazing, not much to complain.

Cons

There’s not much I dislike about overall, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. Some features can take a bit of time to get used to at first, especially when navigating certain HR or payroll options. I also experienced minor issues when trying to enter specific sick-time hours for a part-time weekend shift, since the system did not allow flexible hour input in that situation.

Pros

is an amazing tool that just simplifies everything. All management is pretty accessible, and there are never any issues with it because they are always updating the system to provide the most efficient service. Also customer support is amazing.

Cons

I would not say I dislike something about , but I would suggest to same the same fixtures in the app as in the website.

Super easy to get started, has a super easy learning curve, superb functionality, and is a literal lifesaver for remote work across geographic lines.

Pros

The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle.

Cons

Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided.

The hub and how everything is in one place! Super clean, super user friendly and the mobile app is fantastic

Cons

The amount of updates get annoying for the app. Beyond that everything is fantastic! Recommend to any company!

Would absolutely recommend to a friend! If you are debating different HR systems this is the best one I've used so far and I've used a lot of them.

Pros

Super easy to get up and running as a new employee with a super clean UI. Everything is well organised, easy to find, and the search functionality works really well!!

Cons

I'm not sure if it's just me but I can't figure out how to get a passkey going for login, so I have to open my Authenticator app a lot.

We got the time to onboard cut from days to hours. It enabled me to move beyond getting blocked by IT and HR to focus on more important CX strategy and payroll story line.

Pros

helped us consolidate HR, payroll, and device management all under a single system. Email, payroll and software access for new hires was no longer a checklist mess it’s now a one-click task.

Cons

The interface can be thick, especially when you bounce between modules. What’s more, the help response time changes with the type of subscription you hold.

Are you kidding me? The ability to have so many facets of the business and employee management in one place is awesome. The onboarding was forthright and the help perfect.

Cons

I can not think of a single thing that I have not liked about .

Pros

I like the user interface and integrations with benefits providers like HSA, FSA, health insurance, dental, etc.

Cons

I don't have much to say negatively about -- I like it overall. I'd say the FSA doesn't need to be displayed if you use an HSA.

Pros

is very organized. I really like how it is very easy to navigate to where you want to go. I recommend it

Cons

The least thing I like about is that sometimes it takes a few seconds for the time clock to load when trying to clock in for your shift.

I've enjoyed using Ripping. It has been very easy to navigate for payroll, time off, and spend, as well as benefits

Pros

Ease of use and versatility are great. It's a one stop shop for payroll, time off, spend, and overall HR information.

Cons

We transitioned to from BambooHR and there were some features on Bamboo that were nice to have. For example, birthday information, onboarding surveys. Not needs, but nice to have info.

My overall experience has been very positive, I have been in finance for years but working with small scale company also as an HR seemed like a tough task but made it pretty manageable

Pros

One thing i loved the most is ease to manage the employee payroll and easy report fetchings as per requirements.

Cons

One thing that I disliked the most about the is time off, the time off function does not accurately tells about the leave balance

So far, it’s been really good. I am able to navigate it easily. I do think it’s one of the better products I’ve ever used.

Pros

Easy to use and everything in one place. I like that there are different sections for me to review areas such as payroll, PTO, etc..

Cons

Looks a little boring. Previously we worked with Workday and I really liked the way everything looked in that product.

Pros

Ease of use, and the fact it did not take a long time to understand where to navigate for essential tasks.

Like anything, getting used to a new system and format. There isn't much to suggest for improvement as the system is pretty great.
