Pros Rippling makes managing my work info, benefits, and PTO requests really simple - everything's in one place and the app works smoothly. Pros Rippling has a user-friendly interface making it easy to use and navigate. ADP seemed cluttered but Rippling has a clean UI. Cons There are some features in the Rippling dashboard that aren't relevant to my role, so there seems to be some clutter, but not much. Cons The tool to book leave days could be more intuitive, especially for carrying over days from one year to the next. Pros I like that Rippling has excellent customer service. Early on, I encountered an issue accessing my benefits. When I reached out to Rippling, a representative resolved my issue very quickly and provided additional support in order to ensure I could easily access the information I needed. Cons I only have some minor complaints about Rippling, such as not being able to customize the holiday calendar to reflect days off in my industry and not being able to select which information is available to my colleagues in the org chart. When I have had questions, Rippling's representatives have responded within hours and walked me through all of the steps in the task! Cons When using the help section, I needed to log in again, then it didn't save the prompt that brought me to the help section. You can clock in remotely, request time off and easily access your paystubs. Cons They only con I see is when requesting time off, it does not take in to account us having weekends off. You have to put in two break up your time off into different requests if there is a weekend in between. Cons The biggest issue was the lack of clarity and usability on the mobile version. I was not aware of some of the contract negotiation or other small details during my onboarding. It makes onboarding and payroll a lot more easier for us. The interface is clean and not too hard to figure out. Few times it lagged or settings was bit hard to find, but nothing major. Would still recommend it to others. Pros I liked how Rippling makes it super easy to manage payroll and onboarding in one place. It saved us a lot of time and clicks. UI also looks clean and not confusing like other tools. Cons Sometimes it takes a bit longer to find certain settings, not everything is where you expect. Few times it was slow to load too. Pros Having all the information at your fingertips, being able to request vacations and different requests in such a simple way, the integration with other services is very much appreciated, since it is a product that you have to use several times a day. Cons Having to do “Clock in” and “Clock out” due to Spanish laws, sometimes I forget and changing it requires the approval of another member of the team.
