Pros I liked the seamless integration of the software for my company's timekeep, payroll, HR and training functions. Cons We have only been using the product for a few weeks, but so far I have not found anything to complain about. On the screen itself, sometimes the options get buried within the color scheme. Pros The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle. Cons Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided. For example, birthday information, onboarding surveys. Not needs, but nice to have info.
