Payroll, benefits, and onboarding are all connected, which makes life a lot easier. Setting up new hires is super fast. Cons The customer support can be hit-or-miss. It feels like a one-stop shop for many services. A lot of the components on Rippling make sense and don't require a lot of searching. Pros I like the ease of navigation the most within Rippling. A lot of the systems and components make sense and it's not ever that difficult to get where you need, aside from building reports from time to time. Cons I find the Rippling Support to be difficult sometimes as they can lead you in circles and also give unhelpful answers, that can happen with any customer support though.
