The company keeps you updated with all of your information that you can manage such as your date pay schedule, paycheck, time off, benefits that the job offer. Cons Waiting hold time to reach a live representative. Leaving a message does not mean you will get a call right back. The system does not give you a time when they will return your call. Information shown is just the necessary. Pros Rippling has a nice UX: it's clear and easy to understand. Not only I'm able to use the platform as a payroll, being able to withdraw my salary or view my invoices, but I can also manage things related to HR, like seeing the structure of the company or requesting my days off. Cons It was hard to reach Support when needed. The only option I was given was to contact my company's administrator, not Rippling's support. I can't reach my CEO for a minor issue with the platform. It helps users manage their payroll and contracts with ease and it is reliable when it comes to taking technical issues and human errors out of the picture. Pros Rippling automates the payment process to make it easier for both the employer and employee. As an employee, it eliminates my fear of not getting paid on time and having to follow up and almost beg to pay fairly and on time. Rippling handles everything as a third party and it allows both parties to sit back and focus on work because of its reliability. Cons Rippling needs to improve on letting the software remember trusted devices. I found myself having to re-log in multiple times when trying to check my paycheck on my laptop. Cons The only con I have seen so far is that it doesn't work too well mixing apple and android/pc devices on the same account. Pros It is user friendly and very customizable. You can create custom fields for nearly everything you need. Cons The travel spend platform needs improvement. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday. Cons Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.
