So far, this is the best app that we have used for anything payroll related. The fact that I’m able to operate Rippling with my mobile phone has made the experience even better. Pros I like the fact that the rippling app is easy to use. The customer support team has always been just a few clicks away incase I needed the assistance with anything. It’s easy to access to payroll check stub as well. I also like the fact I’m able to clock in/out as well as my lunch. I rarely have to reach out to HR to know where documents are. They also have a ton of step-by-step guides that teach you all about the platform. The mobile app is also great - which is rare with HR tools. Cons Honestly, hardly any. I haven't had any issues with the platform. Cons While Rippling is incredibly user-friendly, I found it a bit frustrating at first when first getting familiar with all the features. For example, I couldn't find my tax info initially to save my life!
