Cons Multiple challenges and error with respect to initially logging in and setting up the account details and profile information. Pros Since our company has started using Rippling, it's made all those small tasks so much quicker and easier to complete. Whether conducting one to ones with my manager, or booking time off, Rippling ensures you don't waste time achieving your desired outcome. Cons I've yet to find anything I dislike. It’s very customizable without feeling overwhelming, and their automation flows save a lot of manual work. Integration across apps and systems (like benefits, devices, payroll, apps) feels unified and streamlined. Cons Pricing can escalate quickly as you add more modules and features, which might not be ideal for smaller teams. Customer support, while responsive, sometimes required a bit of back-and-forth to resolve more complex setup issues. Cons No customer service telephone number. No company administration contact or email information. Had to contact several employees to make a simple adjustment to my direct deposit option. It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday. Cons Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time. The inbox and task reminder system is functional and elegant. The timely email notifications are helpful for ensuring employee compliance. Document viewing and signing are also well implemented by the Rippling team. Cons Rippling incorrectly charged me for California state taxes when I had been living in Florida for the entire pay period except for the afternoon of the last day (Friday) of the pay period. I updated my address to the California on the Monday of the ensuing week, and I received a pay stub with California taxes on the ensuing Friday. I reached out to my company's HR, and they were able to take care of that for me. I love how the program looks, how easily I can navigate in the program as well. Cons I do not dislike anything about Rippling, truthfully. The mobile app and the website are both extremely easy to navigate and most of the tasks I need to do as part of my employment are straightforward and streamlined. Pros The UI on the home screen is easy to use and navigate. Requesting PTOs and completing my yearly reviews is streamlined. Cons It's not easy to create an expense report. The form sometimes asks questions like "Line Items" and doesn't provide clarification on what it needs. As a freelancer, I love that I can connect it with other tools I use, like time tracking or accounting apps. It’s easy to get started with, and everything is in one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time Cons The platform has so many features that it can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you only need a few things. However, once I got started, everything was quick, easy, and clear. I fill out timesheets, track payments, find documents, and make sure everything is clearly labeled and easy to access. I couldn't be happier to sit down and do what I usually hate. Pros It is quick, easy, simple, and one of the most eye-pleasing sites I've ever used when it comes to dealing with anything related to payroll. They even found a great way to make the emails interesting by including fun animations when you get paid! Love it. I would recommend it to anyone who is considering it. Cons Honestly, I haven't encountered a single issue. The communication so far has been wonderful, so I can only assume that if there were an issue that would make me not like Rippling, they would quickly and easily work with me to resolve it.
