I also appreciate the calendar pairing and email reminders for shifts to help with time management. Pros The user interface is easy to navigate on both a computer and a mobile device. The platform is definitely easier to use on a computer than mobile, but things are well labeled and accessible as an employee. Cons The customer service help has been difficult for my manager to communicate with. We just transferred to rippling recently and have had some struggles with clocking in and out on the platform. Pros It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery. Cons I do not like that no notice is given when items change from "pending" to a resolution. There also seems to be a lot of unnecessary fields that are required to be filled in. Integrating HR, Payroll, and IT (like device management) into one system saves an incredible amount of time and eliminates redundant data entry. Onboarding a new employee and having their laptop, software, and payroll set up from one place is a game-changer. Cons Customer support can be difficult to reach and slow to resolve complex issues. For the price, we expected a dedicated account manager or at least faster, more accessible support. I love the design and flow of it! Pros I love the layout and overall UI of Rippling! It is super easy and enjoyable to use and the design is great. Cons I think it can be a bit difficult to find tax information on Rippling and certain documents, but other than that, most basic uses are very intuitive and easy to navigate to from the home page. With Rippling it is done in a matter of minutes and this is a substantial time saving for all parties. This always happened to me in the previous companies I worked for. Now it is not a headache. The same goes for checking my pay stubs. Pros What I liked most about Rippling is the ability to set up my payroll to my liking. I changed my payroll deposit account in just a few minutes, they even made a small deposit into the new account to verify that everything was okay. Best of all, they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Transparent and timely communication is key for me. It exceeds my expectations! Pros I love how easy it is to use and how everything is in one place. Makes it super easy for me as an employee to find items I need and to navigate in the platform. Cons I honestly don't have anything that I don't like about Rippling. We use it for Payroll, scheduling PTO, reviews, accessing our HSAs, my comp, and I'm sure other things I don't even realize I have access to, but are in there. Switched from [BambooHR](https://www.capterra.com/p/110968/BambooHR/) My company decided to switch, but I'm pretty sure they did because they wanted us to be on one system vs logging into 3+ systems to access everything.
