It has been so easy to input all of my tax and benefit information. Pros I love how organized and easy to navigate that it is. Everything that I have needed to get to so far has been very well mapped out. Cons It would be nice to see the clock in/out option on the home screen. I know that I will get used to going from the home page to the time page, but it would make clocking in that much quicker when leaving and coming back from lunch if it were right out front to click as soon as you get to the main screen. Pros Inputting time off request for PTO, sick leave, or mental health/personal days is easy. Finding the documentation I need is also easy. The app and platform are both very user friendly. Cons Not a big deal, but in the app, there's no option to see the Payment Tracker. I either have to go to my phone's browser or check it on my PC. They truly listened to the needs of our company and built a custom solution for our HR, Payroll and benefits needs. We're ending up with a much more robust offering for the products and services we use but still saved money over our previous PEO due to the customization. Pros Their product offering affords much more customization that other PEO's that we visited with. Their client portal is also much more intuitive than any other solution we looked at. Cons I haven't ran into anything that has not been great at this point. Alternatives considered [TriNet](https://www.capterra.com/p/192254/TriNet/) Reason for choosing Rippling Higher cost with no additional benefits. Switched from [Questco HRCloud Prism](https://www.capterra.com/p/234847/Questco-HRCloud-Prism/) Cost was the biggest factor. Benefits options and administration would be second. A much more modern client portal is beneficial as well but wasn't a huge deciding factor. Payroll navigation - I'm able to easily review paystubs and download them, change my allocations and change any tax withholdings if need be. Also, I love being able to request time off using the app without having to talk directly to my supervisor Pros I find Rippling extremely useful and helpful, especially when it comes to managing PTO, vacations, and stuff related to salary, taxes, pay stubs, etc. I like to have access to my information in one place, but what I love the most is being able to request PTO without having to send an email or talk directly to my supervisor. Cons I'd like to see my yearly salary. Like I mentioned, it helped a lot with onboarding fully remote and made things simple and easy to use. Pros As a new hire at the organization this was my first experience using Rippling. With the role also being fully remote rippling set it up easily to use and navigate without any needed administrator help. Cons Nothing really comes to mind. As I mentioned I'm a newer employee therefore I've only had a limited experience with the platform, but overall it's great!
