Pros Ease of use as a member of the people operations team, onboarding, benefits, etc. time has been cut by more than half. Cons After joining PEO, you need to reach out to solve simple issues that you could have previously solved by yourself, they are quite responsive and you can get someone on a zoom within minutes however. I would recommend it to now user. I love that we can do everything and retrieve everything rippling. Pros user friendly, easy to get around the program provided good information. I love that we do not need to be near the computer to be able to gain access. December 11, 2024 5.0 I give it this high rating because I am impressed with its features. It is also very easy to use, and puts everything an employee needs in their fingertips. No more rummaging through paper files or numerous apps just to work on our different employee needs. It also makes management's job much easier. Pros Rippling helps us in our onboarding process, oversees our software, takes care of our time off requests and approvals, and view our paystubs and payroll. We can also access our benefits on the platform. The product addresses the need for different apps, and numerous people, as it gathers them all together under one app. At Circle Medical, I don't know how we would work without Rippling. Switched from [Paycom](https://www.capterra.com/p/130949/Paycom/) Very bulky and complicated payroll procedure that would always result in multiple errors with a team of specialists that were never able to help us figure out how to resolve them. Setup was smooth and once you get used to it, it’s quite handy. Few minor hiccups here n there, but nothing major. Pros I liked how everything is in one place... payroll, benefits, time off – all smooth. UI also feels modern n easy to use. Didn’t have to jump through too many hoops to get stuff done. Cons Sometimes it feels bit slow to load, especially when switching between sections. Also few things are bit hidden… had to click around to find what I need. Overall I find that it is intuitive and has a minimal learning curve. For companies that have many applications, this one is helpful as the learning curve on it is minimal to none creating time for employees to focus on more important tasks Pros It is very easy to use and has a great interface! As a busy working professional it's nice as I can finish what I need to on here quickly. I also like how their customer support is very helpful with issues like incorrect payment and benefits calculations. Cons Session retain is too low, I only leave it idle for less than 20 minute and the system already kick me off my account. I need to login back to the platform. It is annoying.
