I have had a good experience with . It has simplified and streamlined the HR and payroll activities. It used to take time to maintain employs and remuneration procedures, but currently it is all automated and streamlined using Rippling. The site aids in enhancing the productivity and minimizes human errors. It is particularly applicable when expanding businesses which would like to have everything under one roof. Some minor issues are overshadowed by much more positive aspects, and it is a sound way of HR and employee management.

Pros

is an extremely potent and convenient platform to manage staff, payroll and HR functions under a single platform. The most attractive is that it has an all-in-one system in which the HR, IT, and payroll are all linked to each other. This saves a lot of man work and time in the process. The ease of use is excellent. The dashboard is user friendly and requires minimal training even by new users. The employee management can be used to manage employee details, attendance, and performance easily. The system of pay is quick and correct. It also automatically calculates taxes, salaries and deductions which minimizes the mistakes. The other good thing is personalization. I'm able to configure workflows, approvals and work reports depending on the company requirements. The customer care is also responsive and attentive. They make decisions fast and steer in the right direction where necessary. All in all it is highly cost effective since it integrates several tools on one platform.

Cons

The only bad thing about it is that the platform is sometimes confusing at the start due to numerous features. The time dedicated by new users might be necessary to discover it all. In some cases there are minor bugs or slowness in loading particularly with huge data. Besides certain advanced options are costly which might not be favorable to small enterprises that have a low budget. Detailed tutorials or guides should be provided to the beginners to have quicker knowledge of the platform.

Going through 3 diff providers in 4 years, has been the easiest to work through and implement.

Pros

is a user friendly platform for employees. The support from the implementation team to get the product up and running, walking us through it helped with the overall successful launch. Many things on the payroll side of things were able to be automated such as benefits which lessened the manual work.

Cons

There is nothing I could add here. Some of the short falls they are working on from a solutions standpoint. Nothing is a NO they take feedback and try to fix things.

### "Great Tool That Only Needs Slight Improvement"

Overall, it was fairly easy to navigate on 's portal minus the issue of finding the "home" button every once in a while. Rippling will do a good job of remind you of deadlines and action items so you won't miss them but sometimes the constant reminder will annoy you. As an employee at my firm, Rippling has made it helpful for me to navigate a lot of employee tools such as benefits, payroll, hsa, and time off and for that, I appreciate and am a happier employee because of it. I used ADP in the past and I feel that Rippling is easier to navigate. Although Rippling can definitely improve on the "home" screen button, I did find ADP even harder to navigate and find tools. Rippling is definitely an improvement from ADP in terms of navigating from tool to tool within the portal.

Pros

Compared to ADP, I find in general - much easier to navigate. I like how organized my time off requests are kept track of in Rippling, I can easily see my past and current time off requests as well as see the balance that I have remaining. Rippling has been great for keeping track of my current paychecks and has a storage for past paychecks.

Cons

Sometimes, it is hard to find the "home button" when navigating to many different areas on , such as from moving to HSA to moving to payroll and then moving to time off requests which I have done many times, I often find myself at a lost to where the "home button" is. Sometimes, I find it easier to close out of my browser and log into Rippling again to save me time from navigating back to the home screen because I simply cannot find it. I also find it annoying that when we have to complete a performance review or complete our annual HSA and health benefit elections, that Rippling will email us every day multiple times a day until we complete this. The reminder is nice but needs to way less frequent. I don't like getting automatic emails twice a month reminding me I got paid today. I simply do not need this constant reminder and it also floods my inbox personally.

It has been incredibly nice to have a seamless platform that all my important company information is stored in. The ease of being able to navigate to each category and change information as need (i/e payroll, address, etc) has been wonderful. Much better than our previous platform that was difficult to access and update!

I liked the formatting and ease of locating separate categories. I also appreciated the "to-do" so nothing was missed when needing to set up my initial account.

Cons

The only negative I have to say is that our company still using additional platforms for some of our HR needs (i/e 401K plan, etc) but other than that, it is nice what is housed with and I am happy to have transitioned over.

I am very pleased with 's capability to satisfy many of our company's needs include HR, payroll, and device management. We have not run into very many issues at all since our set up went live.

Pros

We enjoy using as it integrates with many pieces of our team's HR software. Additionally, the support our company is receiving from Rippling is tremendous compared to our previous products. The responsive and clear UI is a major plus as an end user. It is incredibly easy to navigate to your health care information and quickly switch to find/verify your pay check information. This really is an ideal solution for companies that want turn key HR assistance.

Cons

So far our biggest gripe with is the usage of a Chatbot to navigate to support. We would prefer having a phone number readily available for support questions. As a small team, it is necessary for more than one person to be able to contact Rippling if critical HR issues arise.

I like how easy it is to use , not just for payroll. Rippling also manages employee benefits. From recordkeeping to open enrollment. Rippling will keep track of all documents uploaded from the past and present. Rippling will send alerts when open enrollment is approaching. Rippling has helpful guidelines and benefit summaries just in case anything is confusing. Stellar service.

At this time, I have not encountered any feature that did not make my job run even more smoothly than it ever has.

I find the user interface could do with some very minor navigational improvements, especially for my personal use case involving expense reports. I was not fond of receiving and reporting wage information from and not directly from my employer. It appears that my organization has found a fix for this effect, so I'm pleased about that.

As a Mental Health Case Manager, that matters because I want to spend as much of my energy as possible focused on my work and the people I support, rather than on administrative tasks. Having one place for these functions makes day-to-day logistics much easier to manage.

Using as a Dialogue employee has been a really smooth experience. The platform is easy to navigate, everything is laid out clearly, and it makes routine HR tasks feel quick and uncomplicated. Whether it is checking documents, accessing payroll information, or managing personal details, the process feels intuitive and efficient. It does what you need it to do without creating confusion or extra steps, which I really appreciate. As a Mental Health Case Manager, my workdays can be busy and unpredictable, so having an HR system that is simple and reliable helps a lot. It makes it easy to quickly find what I need without interrupting my workflow. Overall, it is a simple, reliable HR tool that makes the employee side of things feel much more organized.

Pros

It's a one stop shop for all of our Human Resources related information. It's easy to access benefits, SSO logins, payroll/tax information, and to design custom learning/training programs within. When does have bugs, which is rare, the customer support team responds quickly.

Cons

Some of the user interface in is a bit confusing. They use a lot of icons to represent information and not all of the icons are intuitive so when you're first onboarding to using Rippling, it is a steeper learning curve to nail down the navigation.

While the initial setup for specific payroll configurations took some effort, the automation it provides for onboarding and employee management is unmatched by other platforms we've used As you add more modules (IT, HR, Device Management), the per-user monthly cost adds up quickly, which might be steep for very small startups.

Pros

The best part is having IT, HR, and Payroll in a single dashboard. It eliminates the need for multiple logins and manual data entry across different platforms. Tax filings and direct deposits have been 100% accurate and on time since we switched.

Generally very stable, though I’ve encountered minor UI glitches during bulk employee updates During peak times (like year-end filing), the response time from support can be slower than expected for a premium-priced product

Overall, it is expensive however, it takes care/consolidates of a lot of tasks needed in HR. Setup did take time however the process was smooth after setup. The interface is very user-friendly and the automation tools helped ensure fast and live updates to features. Also there are a lot of potential to expand it to IT or Finance, if needed.

Pros

I like how with almost all the information you need is accessible in on e place. Things like pay stubs, tax documents, benefits, and other personal information is easy to find, which makes managing all tasks HR-related much more convenient. You can find things like your upcoming work schedule, payroll, PTO and also have the ability to submit requests directly on there.

Cons

Although I am not on the HR part of so I do not understand the full perspectives of those that are on it. Still, there are a lot of features that are gated by other features so Rippling does try to make you buy more than you need, like the headcount feature. Also it is buggy, even for a relativity small company that used it whenever I worked for them.

Although there’s a learning curve during the initial setup, once everything is configured, day-to-day operations become much more efficient. --- 2. Detailed & Practical (Good for interviews or surveys) Overall, Rippling has been a strong tool for streamlining our HR and administrative processes. Onboarding, payroll, time tracking, and app provisioning all work together seamlessly, which saves time and reduces manual errors. The only challenge is that the platform’s extensive functionality can be slightly overwhelming at first, but with familiarity it becomes very productive. --- 3. Short & Positive My overall experience with Rippling has been smooth and efficient. It simplifies many routine HR tasks and provides good visibility across different functions. --- 4. Balanced & Realistic Overall, Rippling has been a solid platform—very powerful and convenient due to its integration across HR and IT. There’s a bit of a learning curve initially, but once mastered, it significantly improves operational workflows.

Having HR, payroll, IT, and device management integrated into a single system makes processes extremely efficient and reduces duplication of work. Highlighting product value The best part about is its automation and the way it connects employee data across different modules. Once an employee is added, everything—from payroll to app provisioning—syncs automatically, which saves a lot of time and avoids errors. Employee-experience focused I liked how intuitive the interface is. Rippling makes it easy for employees to manage leaves, view payslips, complete onboarding, and update personal information without needing HR to assist each time. Operational/management angle What I liked most is the level of control and visibility it gives managers. Compliance tracking, onboarding workflows, and access management are all streamlined, making team operations much smoother.

“My overall experience with has been very positive. I really appreciated how it brought so many HR and IT functions into a single platform — from onboarding and payroll to benefits and device management. The automation saved a lot of time, and the interface was generally intuitive for both admins and employees. That said, the platform can feel a bit complex at times because it does so much, and costs can add up if you need multiple modules. There’s also some room for improvement in customer support responsiveness and advanced reporting features
