### "Service quality is poor"

Data integrity error. Rippling has made many mistakes in processing year-end reports, including employee W2s and form 940. Their support is not hands on to dive-in and fix the problem. Even after aknowledged the problem, they gone pass the deadline, still can not correct the W2 error. AI is great at answering questions, but no one is fixing problems.

Pros

First impression is great, AI is helpful to get quick answers, but payroll data has mistakes and support is kicking the problem around for weeks.

Cons

Sales pitch is great. Implementation is good. But after that, the actual service quality and support efficency does not match high price tag.

### "Worth the cost for handing off the repetitive tasks"

Rippling renders many minor, repetitive tasks obsolete. It takes time to set up workflows, but once they are set up the way you like, they work like a charm, and you don't look back. Their customer service is excellent, especially the quarterly check-ins with my dedicated Account Manager.

Pros

Integrations with other software, customized workflows, and ease of use in finding what we're looking for. Payroll is easy to use and customizable to our needs. This includes the employee profiles for easy management and our various leave policies.

Cons

The cost is slightly higher than that of other companies. There are some delays in their product roadmap on select items, but they are constantly improving their product and actively requesting feedback from customers, which is excellent.

Overall I really like the application and would highly recommend it to include lots of HR needs in one. I think the app needs to continue to innovate and add more into their services / expand scope based off customer needs, but love everything they have so far.

Pros

I love the ease of managing so many HR processes in one tool. It is easy to use for managing payroll, time off/vacation requests, understanding and selecting healthcare benefits, managing company passwords and logins, and tracking employee dates/documents/contracts easily.

Cons

RPass is a bit buggy and has issues updating company passwords. I have found that it often times lags when new passwords have been updated and that it can glitch out when going between my admin and user account.

It's just been a breath of fresh air, other payroll and time management systems have been a pain to set up, a pain to manage, and a pain to get paid. It was never easy to use, nor was it ever easy to see why I got paid a certain amount. I have never experienced that with rippling. It's brain-dead easy, and simple to use.

Pros

I love that you can edit timesheets on our own, and then it can go to the manager to approve. When I used Intuit's solution before, it \*always\* required my manager to fix it, and when I am as forgetful as I am, it became painful quite quickly. I never really experienced bugs as I had with other systems.

Cons

I think the biggest thing would just be the sign in process. There's no option for 2fa options beyond text or email. Passkeys are great, 2fa codes are fine, it'd be good when it's your paycheck on the line if the interface was more secure. SSO would also be nice.

I regularly use it to update my commuter benefits, review my 401(k) information, and check tax withholdings and pay statements, all of which are straightforward and quick to access. I also appreciate how clean and user-friendly the interface is, as it reduces friction and saves time when handling administrative tasks. Overall, Rippling has made managing my HR information much more efficient and hassle-free.

Cons

There are a few pain points with the product. Firstly, with my paycheck, my employer's health fund contributions are repeated, making me confused as to whether or not my net amount reflects the amount they've contributed. Secondly, I wish my transit pre-tax account transactions reflect my current balance in the account. Lastly, it would be helpful to see which sections in my health contributions have changed or have been added year over year so I know what's new and what's not new.

This expansive software suite has been transformative, having consolidated payroll, Human Resources objectives, and online training into a single source, thus simplifying what had previously been a complex web of different programs to navigate in order to fulfill daily task sets.

Pros

I liked its user friendly interface for a desktop computer, my preferred device type. Upon becoming further acquainted with its quirks, Rippling has become an invaluable software suite which I have been able to assist my fellow colleagues with.

Cons

The transition from our previous payroll software to Rippling was rough, although once we adapted to it, we found it to be quite user friendly. The previous software was easiest to utilise via smartphone and difficult on a desktop computer, whereas Rippling can be utilised on a smartphone but is most user friendly via desktop computers. Also, our default time off is always set to twelve hours when it should be for only eight, requiring us to include a special notation with each and every time off entry so as to ensure that we do not burn through our time off balances prematurely.

My overall experience is good. The only downside is security, but otherwise everything else is easy to use, clear, and precise. If needed, I am very comfortable helping my employees navigate this application.

Pros

Ease of Use, mutilple app (internet , cellphone). I like that everything is there (shcedule, income taxes, leave, etc).

Cons

Security. We encountered several issues where a fraudulent account attempted to log in, and we had to reset everything and change our passwords. Since this happened multiple times, we are concerned there may be a gap in security. I understand the rise in fraudulent spam, but the platform should ideally have a security upgrade to address this.

Rippling takes something that’s usually fragmented (HR, IT, payroll, benefits, device management, etc.) and unifies it. That level of integration is rare and makes the product incredibly sticky.

Some still view Rippling as just HR, which I like least, but I see it as an opportunity to educate and show the full power of the platform.

What I like the most is all the different areas of my job position and the company that can be handled through Rippling, from tracking hours, payroll, escalating concerns, to applying for new positions and following improvement plans.

Cons

I think notifications should be classified into three categories: those that require action, those that are curses, and those that are simply events.

Rippling has been great from sales to current. From implementation to now we have loved our experience with the team and the product. It has topped the HRIS we had previously by 1000 times. We look forward to what new features Rippling will continue to put out as it advances and grows.

Pros

Rippling is a fantastic system. I run a lot of reports and love the reporting system Overall is a very robust user friendly system with great features. I love the chat feature and the facts its real time and you can request to speak with a live agent if need and they reply very quickly. Running payroll has been very easy as well and it tracks retro pay and missed payments with ease.

Cons

It can be time consuming getting everything set up to work for your organization but once it is set up it does all the work for you.

It is pretty easy to use the app, and also give you a lot of tools to track your time and activities, if there is some problems you can call and the customer support its pretty efficient. It is an exccelent tool to track your team on their activities, the managment is easier this way. Also makes the payroll more objective since is all tracked on the app and specify the activities you are doing day by day.

Cons

Maybe that the tracker is not that easy to use when we have to separate the activities on the day or at least for me is not like practical enough.

It has been great so far, I have really enjoyed, more than anything, the integration of the different apps. The multi-factor authentication is a huge positive for me. It makes my information feel safe.

Pros

One thing I enjoy about Rippling is how easy it is to use for me. The fact that I have multiple applications in one makes everything a lot more convenient. With payroll as well, it is very efficient. I am able to see when I'm going to get paid, and the tracker is really helpful. So processing the payments on the pay dates is amazing for me. Having to reach out to the support team if there are any issues as well, I get timely responses from them, which is efficient, and as mentioned with the number of apps, I am able to effectively manage my time.

Cons

There have been times when the dates don't actually correspond, and it will show certain dates differently because of the differences in time zones, I think.

Overall my experience with Rippling has been nothing but great. A very easy to use software, that has everything needed for the companies of all sizes. I would also like to commend how easy it is to get in contact with their customer support and if need be to, find the information needed to get in contact with an employee/coworker of your company.

Pros

What I like most about Rippling is their ease of use and it being a one-stop shop for everything needed for my company. It was a really smooth ride for onboarding and learning the org chart. I would also say how easy it is to gain visibility into your payroll and time off. I also like how they update you for prioritized tasks needed to be completed by a certain date.

Cons

The thing I like least about Rippling is that even though their notifications are really good, I don't like how when you complete a task, you still receive a notification that it needs to be completed.
