Overall, it is a good experience to invest in Rippling as it is handling all the HR related stuff in an organized manner. No need to reach out to any specific person or manager for the approval outside Rippling. It helps in checking out the day-to-day calendar to track and update things planned for the day.

Pros

Rippling offers a centralized platform to check employee information. Starting from the leave tracking till payroll, it eases out the tracking and requesting any required information in one go. Automation of certain flows in submitting review and scheduling the interviews is one such feature that helps the user not to rely on emails to check the candidate details.

Cons

Some of the features can be made personalized. This is lacking in the mobile application, where we can raise some polls to gather the team's preferences to organize or decide on anything before taking a call. More personalization could help more.

It's been a great experience using Rippling and it's support features. For the most part, configuring the system to our company's needs is seamless and getting the support via a contact or their chatbot is incredibly helpful.

Pros

The user-friendly interface, both from an admin and employee portal, is easy to navigate and use. It's simplified enough to find the answers you need.

Cons

The EDI implementation process for the Benefits application can be lengthy and confusing. Once completed, it's great, but initial set-up can require prep work.

My overall experience with Rippling has been positive. We use it regularly for leave applications, payroll, employee management, performance feedback, and learning/training activities. The interface is clean and easy to understand even for employees who are not very technical. The training modules and video-based learning content are especially helpful for onboarding and compliance training. Notifications and reminders are also useful, so important tasks are not missed. In general, it has made many HR-related activities much simpler and more organised.

Pros

Rippling has been quite easy to use in day-to-day work. Things like applying leave, checking leave balance, updating personal details, and giving feedback during performance review cycles are very straightforward. Our company also uses the learning management section where employees can watch training videos, complete mandatory courses, and understand common company policies, which is very useful especially for new joiners.

Cons

Overall the platform works well, but one area I feel can improve is expense management. It is functional, but deeper integration with more accounting or reimbursement workflows would make the experience better. We havent been able to integrate it and it could be th reason. If we have that it could be our on stop solution

The standout features of Rippling are it's a all-in-one platform: Combines payroll, HR, benefits and time tracking seamlessly. Automation: Reduces manual tasks like onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance tracking. It also has a user friendly interface which makes it easy for both admins and employees to navigate.

Cons

While the experience has been very positive overall, a few areas could be improved. Initial setup complexity: Some workflows and configurations require time to fully understand. Reporting customization: Advanced reports can take extra effort to tailor exactly to needs.

I am able to run my internal processes in one place, just like performance reviews, surveys and payroll. It's quite complex to set up but it allows to clearly define your policies and configurations.

Pros

I can centralize most of my tech stack in one place. Although it has numerous modules and features and it's tough to learn at first, it then becomes easy to use and is user-friendly. The customer support team is their greatest asset, they always respond in a timely manner and patiently assist with all my questions.

Cons

It's pretty expensive compared to other vendors and it doesn't allow for much customization, or if you plan on bringing another vendor that you have been using for a long time, it will not integrate directly or you might even have to pay just to integrate it.

The scheduling interface and the automation of many of our tools and daily tasks. The support team is easily accesible and fast to asnwer.

Cons

The fact that some basic automation cost money. I would have tought that we would get more then one workflow available with our plan.

My experience with Rippling has been nothing but great! The portal made for employees makes my information easily accessible, and I am able to keep track of every paycheck I receive with ease! I love the transparency they provide when it comes to analyzing where my income and money is going to and/or coming from. Rippling also makes it easy for me to contact any higher-ups in case of any further inquiries. I have had no such bugs, glitches, or issues using this portal.

Cons

On top of the accessibility Rippling already offers, I do wish I had easier access to my portal not only limited to desktop. If I don't check my employee portal on my computer, there seems to be no other way for me to access my information as I wish I could such as on my phone.

The negotiation process with Rippling was a great experience. The team was always open to showing us more of the platform to help meet our needs and work within our budget. The implementation was also very smooth—we always received timely support, and our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. While we’ve encountered a couple of issues, especially around payroll, Rippling has been very responsive. They’ve addressed our concerns and worked toward solutions as quickly as possible.

Pros

Rippling is easy to use, the platform is intuitive and a great tool for consolidating all our HR information as we continue to grow and improve our organization. One of the key reasons we chose Rippling over other options is its strong integration with contractor and international employee payroll. The additional modules are also very helpful and add great value!

Cons

One of the downsides is that each module comes with an additional cost, which is understandable, but the pricing can escalate quickly because it's generally applied to the entire organization, even if the tool is only relevant for a specific segment of employees. For example, at the moment, only our US-based employees need to submit reimbursement requests, while non-US employees don’t incur reimbursable expenses. Ideally, the reimbursement module would only apply (and be billed) for US employees, but we’re required to pay for the entire organization to access it—effectively doubling or even tripling the cost for that functionality.

Frustrations are growing and changes get made without any communication to the customer. The customer is left on their own to figure out how to fix things because the support team doesn't seem to be aware of any programming changes.

Pros

Overall, Rippling is intuitive and easy to use and has streamlined our payroll process. Their strength is the payroll process. Other areas need work.

Cons

The right hand (support), doesn't seem to know what the left hand (engineering), is doing. Many changes get made that alter our processes. When a support ticket is created, we rarely get any solutions or we received incorrect information and overall lack of understanding.

I appreciate how it keeps everything in one clean dashboard, it honestly saves me time and mental space so I can focus on my actual work.

I like how easy it is to use even if you’re not in HR. Everything I need, pay info, time-off requests, forms, and onboarding tasks is in one place. It’s super intuitive, and I never have to chase anyone for updates because the platform keeps everything organized and transparent. The clean interface and reminders also make it stress-free to manage admin stuff alongside my daily work.

Cons

Some sections take a few extra clicks to find, and certain forms or settings can load slowly depending on your internet connection. It’s not a big deal, but sometimes I wish navigation between modules felt a bit faster or more streamlined.

Pros

The Takeaway from Rippling would definitely be the customization of the platform. It is very easy to use the price that you pay for the product is unbelievable. From a management standpoint it’s one of the best for employee payroll.

Cons

Unfortunately, I disliked the customer support for Rippling. I don’t want that to take away from how amazing the platform is unfortunately customer support could have been a little bit more attentive.

Big fan, from taking into account the hours worked, payment method with wise is super resourceful, and the communicate with hire management is all there. Rippling is overall really useful.

Pros

Its easy to navigate through. You can see the hours you worked, along with the paystub showing how much youll earn. Communicates birthdays and long term associates which is really appreciated. I also like that its payment method uses wise.

Cons

Theres not much to complain about it. Rippling does a great job allowing time off requests and usually there are responses in a couple of days knowing if it got approved or not.

I would recommend Rippling to everyone! It has made the lives of our HR team so much easier. They don't dread payroll week anymore because Rippling takes the headache out of it. I was reluctant to change my ways and switch to this for my time tracking needs, but I wish I would've done it years ago!

Pros

Rippling is so easy to use compared to other platforms. It also offers features that I didn't even know existed. I'm technically employed by two entities and tracking those hours via Rippling is so easy now! Every time-tracking option is user-friendly, even for those who aren't tech-savvy (like me).

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say. The mobile app has frequent updates, but that isn't a bad thing.

I've worked with Rippling on the operating and the user side. From the operating side, their platforms covers most of what you need as a business, especially as you scale. From a user side, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I'd recommend Rippling and would be happy to continue using it as an employee.

Pros

Rippling is all-encompassing for your business operation needs. Their platform allows you to manage and onboard employees, conduct review cycles to maintain your best asset (people!), and continue supporting them and your business as it scales domestically and internationally.

Cons

The customer support is a deficit in their system. Our organization had an issue with W2s two years ago that resulted in our team spending literal weeks manually inspecting each and every employee. The Rippling team just shrugged their shoulders, said sorry, and didn't offer help beyond that reaction in a situation that would have otherwise exploded.

I've used ADP, TriNet, and classic pen-and-paper in previous roles, and this is by far the easiest SaaS platform to navigate. You feel confident in the functionality immediately, which is a huge win when trying to build tech autonomy across a large team. (Or trying to change your payroll selections at the last minute!)

Pros

I've used several SaaS platforms in a professional context, and this is by far the simplest to use. The UX is so intuitive and beautifully designed; you don't need to be a tech maestro or HR pro to understand how to navigate the interface, set up payroll, and select your benefits. Employees can manage their settings themselves, which cuts down on the need to reach out to HR or IT for support.

Cons

Toggling between the manager/admin and basic view isn't as intuitive as the rest of the system. Talent managers might have a hard time learning the nuances of each, versus being comfortable in just one.

I like how Rippling functions as a Horizontal Platform at medium and large enterprises, especially as their 'Unified Workforce Operating' System for HR, IT, Finance, and other functions. I appreciate the Enterprise Graph, which serves as a consolidated snapshot of employee data across the enterprise. It's also a robust knowledge repository that feeds into the Workflow Studio product for the automation of manual tasks across the enterprise.
