I have yet to have a negative experience with Rippling. Pros I like how intuitive the interface is. This is not your mother's HR/Payroll platform (you know the ones...) in the best way possible. The platform is easy to use and is not overcrowded with useless information you don't need. I can always find what I'm looking for. I also love the emails I get every time I get paid. Their branding is fun and cheeky! Cons My one piece of feedback is that I wish there was a support chatbot to help get questions answered quickly. Also, it's a small thing, but the communications they send out each pay day really spark joy and build trust - I know they will keep me in the loop about important activity in my account. The learning management feature is also so sleek and a huge plus. Cons Nothing major really. Sometimes the icons on the left sidebar don't feel like they do enough to indicate what they mean until I hover my mouse, making it harder to scan the structure. Switched from [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) ADP was hard to use. Our company transitioned and it was an opportunity to switch to a better system. October 7, 2024 5.0 As a first-time user of the tool, I quickly became a fan and advocate. Rippling has the same functionality as other, older tools in the market. But the unique UI is refreshing, intuitive, and a real differentiator. Pros The user interface is very intuitive. My ramp up time on the tool was very minimal. Great org chart function, easy to view benefits (open enrollment was also very seamless) and request time off. Nice email alerts as well. My most recent experience with a similar platform was Workday, and Rippling blows it out of the water.
