But once completed, well worth the slight struggle. Pros I am a daily user and I definitely like that this software is so easy to use. I have used other Time keeping and Payroll software like WorkDay and I can truly say that this is the easiest. Cons I don't believe I have anything negative to say about this software. I did encounter a small issue with requesting PTO on a national holiday that our company does not acknowledge. It has made open enrollment as easy as it can possibly be and our onboarding time has been cut in half (or more). It is an effective system for managing HR info, payroll, benefits, PTO and more. It also has many integrations with other software we already use. Never had any issues with it, just how HR software should be: super reliable and easy to use. Pros Being able to split my paycheck between multiple accounts is a very nice and easy to use feature. Requesting time off is also very smooth and user-friendly. Cons There are almost too many features that sometimes I get lost in the UI. All I really care about as a member of my organization (non-admin) is viewing payroll, viewing benefits, and requesting time off.
