Pros

\- timesheets are easily edited- time off requests are intuitive- easy to find where to access literature about benefits- payroll breakdown is also very intuitive

Cons

\- mobile app does not allow access to time clock or comments on time sheets, only to past pay stubs- app functionality is generally very stripped, and everything is better accessed on the website rendering the app somewhat useless

Very great experience - highly recommend!

Pros

Love the payroll and benefits management - super easy to use! I also like the time off and commuter benefits - so great everything is accessible in one system and that you can include icons to other systems (i.e. google suite & guideline) for easy access.

Cons

Can't think of anything! I didn't know about some of the features like performance management and training until I took this survey so maybe highlight those more?

\- easy to use as an admin and as a user - clocking in and out and making comments on the timecard is super easy - large amount of integrations

Cons

\- i wish there was a mac app to be able to clock in and out from the desktop - I have a contract job that also uses and I need to money to go into a different account but I can't change it because it then changes my full time job's allocation as well. It should allow you to set it based on the company/profile.

Pros

Used daily to track hundreds of employees' time cards, lunches, vacations and sick days. Allows for easy pulls of data through report feature and easy exports.

Cons

While it is their best feature, I would like to see just a bit more cuztomability in the type of report generated from exports.

### "Forget ADP, Paychex or Ceridian"

With , we spend so much less time fixing problems than we used to with the big payroll providers. The system natively and easily integrates with G Suite, Expensify, health insurance, worker's comp, and a variety of other services. This allows us to focus on building the business rather than payroll and HR.

Pros

This is, by far, the easiest and most intuitive payroll and HR software that I've used. Doing the initial setup took a mere 3 hours compared to literally months of setup time for ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian Dayforce HCM. does what they say they're going to do and they seem to do it very well. Direct deposits have been making it successfully into accounts so far!!!

Cons

I'm not a big fan of team-based email support, but that's pretty much the only option they provide. While I don't feel they're leading me astray, I also don't feel like they intimately know the needs of my company. I'm also a little concerned about the longevity of a company that is probably running off of venture capital, but it is a risk I am very willing to take to not have the frustration of one of the big payroll companies, who have software that is difficult to use and often screwed up payroll runs.

Pros

This product is so simple for end users to find what they need when it comes to HR, payroll, tax information, etc. Every system I've used in the past is clunky and confusing and I've always needed help from an HR team member to help me find what I'm looking for, update personal information, etc. and I've never had to do that with . I also really enjoy the fun emails we get when our paychecks have arrived.

Cons

Honestly can't think of anything I don't like. I'm not a power user so maybe there are some things that others would be hindered by but as an end user logging in to do the basics I couldn't be happier.

My company has been working from home for 10 months now and has helped make it easier. Having the option to fill out and sign important documents online is so convenient. I can check my PTO, paystubs, FSA, insurance and more. Having all of this so easily accessible helps me stay organized.

Pros

I love that every document I need is located in one place.. I don't have a bunch of random papers in my desk drawers! I love that I can quickly request time off, adjust my payroll contribution and check my paystubs.

Cons

I don't really have anything to add here! I haven't run into any issues.

The functionality and the streamlined process - being able to have HR, Payroll, and 401K all in one system.

The implementation takes a bit of time and forethought. It is not terrible just time-consuming which is to be expected.

Coming into this organization was a new platform. I feel I picked it up quite easily and is feels very powerful and useful today for team management and education / training.

Pros

The ease of use and modern design is helpful. Works well on both desktop and mobile devices. Platform is also very adaptable to various plugins or features.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a bit manual to update status on tasks, it would be ideal if it were more integrated with the other platforms and thus not needing someone to manually update statuses.

This has been a horrible experience. If you are very small, this platform might work but for the most part, the customer service is horrible, the platform is 100% self service so if you need any sort of flexibility or if you make any mistake, you're on your own. There have been numerous glitches, one of which resulted in an employee not being paid. Steer clear.

The only thing to like about this software is that it's cheap

Cons

The software is glitchy. Custom reports cannot be configured and what is contained in the value filters is not clear. Implementation team does not seem to understand payroll and does a pitiful job. Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.

Pros

I like that I can see my W2 and paystubs easily all in one place. I can also handle all of my benefits, and makes onboarding new employees super easy with integrations into slack and gmail. I love the aesthetics and even the little notification sent when I get paid- really makes paydays that much more exciting!

Cons

I think it could do a better job of explaining benefits when im going through enrollment. maybe providing some examples. those that are just joining the workforce, may not understand what an FSA or HSA is and the differences between them.

is an extremely user friendly platform that allows visibility into my paycheck and makes the ability to request vacation time and oversee your 401K investments as simple as possible.

Pros

I really value 's direct integration with our 401K provider to manage my portfolio. Additionally, it's so easy to request PTO and for my manager to accept my time off with minimal back and forth.

Cons

I did run into an issue with installing the system onto my computer as part of IT administration, but after a few attempts, it installed as expected.

Overall, I think that software is great! The product is very user-friendly & I enjoy the modern interface.

Pros

I really appreciate the intuitive setup of . I have never had an issue navigating the site. I also really like the payroll section - specifically the ability to set percentages for my direct deposits into separate bank accounts. The time off request feature is easy to use.

Cons

The only feature I would suggest is a dashboard that provides you with an overview of the most frequently visited spots on . For example, on the home page when you log in there could be widgets that the user chooses that allows for a closer look into their ost-frequently selected tabs.

Absolutely fantastic. Although there are areas for improvement, every time I reach out to with a request for help or new feature, I always get a positive response. If it's not already in the pipeline for development, they're more than willing to consider for future releases. I cannot recommend this application enough.

Pros

I can manage my payroll, insurance/benefits, onboarding/offboarding, software & hardware deployment all through one interface. The document retention feature is absolutely amazing. Having new hires and current employees digitally sign documents and then store those docs in is an amazing timesaver and takes a lot of the headache out of tracking down slowpoke reviewers. Payroll in itself is a breeze. We've had to incorporate into multiple states as we acquire more remote employees and Rippling has guides for employer account creation for all 50 (from what I can tell, at least!). Not only that, but it's a single flat monthly fee to run as many payrolls as you need.

Cons

The formatting on the doc builder is a little glitchy and you don't have many fonts to choose from. While the software integration is an amazing feature, it's not always applicable to the accounts our team maintains. Sometimes the SaaS provider will require you to use an Enterprise+ account to take full advantage of the integration... obviously not something can control, but it's a bummer nonetheless.
