January 7, 2021 5.0 It has been an easy transition over to Rippling from the previous software. There have been no bumps in the road, and that stands out to me. Being able to transition to something new and not have it negatively affect the process in any way is a huge positive. Pros It is very user friendly. Everything you need is easily accessible and not hard to find. With other software I have used you had to click several times to get to what you were looking for, but with Rippling they have all the Apps right there and with one click you have what you are looking for. With so many other tasks going on throughout the day, the ease of use with Rippling makes it a great system to work with. Cons I can't say there is anything at present I like least. The addition of being able to clock in on the phone app would be nice, but I have no real complaints. Review Source KL Kevin L. A new hire can quickly and easily complete all of the required and important tasks. Cons I find that as a manager flipping from my admin section to my personal section is a tad annoying, but I can understand the want to keep them separate. Pros Comparing to existing other solutions, Rippling has more features you can imagine. It's really helpful to not have to look for another vendor for the job. Cons Design and ease-of-use can be improved. It's very easy to want to use tools like Ramp when the Rippling spend system is neither as well designed or as fully-featured as Ramp. Very happy! Pros Rippling has a modern interface, is responsive, and is easy for employees to navigate. In particular, comparison of benefits plans is easy and enrollment/setup was easy as well. Our company switched last year from Zenefits and I prefer Rippling. Emails are also well-crafted and to the point. Cons The profile does not provide a significant amount of information and from what I've seen there is no organizational chart feature built in. These aren't requirements though and are by design. Pros Everything is easily accessible through the Mobile App which makes anything payroll related a breeze. Being able to provision IT accounts, sign crucial documents, build an employee profile from our ATS and create custom PTO plans per each location we have, is AMAZING! For a one-person department, Rippling has made my life so much easier. Cons Two areas in which the product can be improved. A more functional organizational chart (visually speaking) and more functionally in doing static documents like a text function to fill out the forms. The simplicity of Rippling is what I like the most. Very happy with the overall experience of Rippling customer service. Pros Very easy to use and clean user interface. Nothing is more than 2 clicks away, love it! The reminders are just the right amount and Rippling never bothers me with unnecessary emails. Cons The only con I would say is Rippling does not have a direct human interaction for the employees. That level of customer service is provided only for the administrator. Ensure you understand you will need to build out many of the things Rippling does as you scale, and be ready for that. And when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, custom reporting, app provisioning/management.......we eliminated several other systems and manual systems with a very fast, simple implementation of Rippling. Cons So far, and in all honesty, I cannot think of anything I don't like about Rippling. We're only a month in, but still more and more impressed every time I login. Reason for choosing Rippling Rippling came very highly recommended from some trusted business associates and after a demo, we need look no further. We can now pay automatically, all over the world, send offer letters, and manage all employee info... and that's really just scratching the surface! Pros Ease of use with the interface and the incredible support staff. Cons I simply don't love setting up the system, but the system itself is as easy as it gets to setup. It was really easy to navigate and the setup and use are extremely intuitive. Cons I can't think of much, as an end user my experience has been great! The only thing I can think that could be improved on would be building out a more capable mobile app. You can't review everything that is available on the desktop. Pros Rippling makes it very easy to be able to see my team's hours and approve timecards for each billing cycle. I also appreciate how simple it is for me to be able to correct their timecards if they forget to clock out etc. It's visually clean and very well organized! It has helped us more efficiently manage our global staff. I love being able to log in as an admin and manage my team's hr needs. I've also used Rippling to manage our recruiting process as an an applicant tracking system. Cons I can't think of anything I don't like about Rippling.
